Shahrukh Khan's real life fans may be left disappointed, as Bollywood helmer Karan Johar recently tweeted the news of king khan's upcoming film FAN' being postponed.

The tweet read "Adi just called and asked me to release BROTHERS on the 14th of August,2015 as FAN is postponed...gestures likes this make my day special..."

Instead of the scheduled date, the film will now release in September 2016.

Reports have revealed that the delay of the film is due to the ongoing work on the VFX effects wihch will be seen in the film.

The film is being directed by the 'Band Baaja Baaraat' director Maneesh Sharma, and produced by Aditya Chopra.

So Fan which he's already completed will release after Dilwale and Raees. YRF will release Sultan which hasn't been shot yet before Fan.

Anybody else feel they're not happy with the film. I mean how much special effects does this film need? How long did they spend on doing the VFX effects for Ra. One?

Postponed to Sept 2016😲

YRF ,one of the oldest production houses,who has made big budget films like Dhoom 3 didn't know that they needed more than a years VFX for the film,before they announced the independence day date?

Sometime early this year,Srk decided to break records this Christmas..

Whoever booked the Eid 2016 date first..It is clear that there is indeed a problem between YRF &SRK.One Khan will have to give up that date.That will be humliating..

It is really sad as Srk has done Darr,DDLJ,DTPH,Mohabbatein,RNBDJ,JTHJ,now Fan with YRF..

Now none of the 3 films will get optimum release..
