Jannat teeters to her room , humiliated. She's feeling dizzy and sick, unknowing of a stranger's leer. Suddenly a hand touches her and tries to take advantage of her. As she struggles in her dizzied state, Aahil appears. He gives her his coat to cover up. <I liked that moment, it looked really beautiful>
Aahil beats the living daylight out of the man. <Funny he wasn't this angry when Shaad touches her... but we're supposed to ignore that...> She faints and is caught by Aahil, beside himself with worry.
He calls her Sanam over and over, and Shaad sees it. Shaad doesn't seem concerned that his Jannat is unconscious, only that she is lying in Aahil's arms. He pulls his gun , aims it at Aahil.
<Shaad !! Jannat is right there too! Unless he's a sharp shooter who never misses, he was ready to shoot her too?>
His first reaction was rage, that Aahil dares to hold his Jannat in this manner and touch her so lovingly. Then he hears the words, Aahil calls her Sanam over and over. A wedding photo of them randomly flies into his hands, and it burns him.
Then the flashbacks started. She calls him Aahil, she makes his favourite apple pie, she makes a suit that fits someone else, and she knows Aahil's house well. She has shown again and again, concern for the man herself.
His heart breaks. He's unable to think of anything but how wrongly he has understood everything. Perhaps the mistake of falling in love with a "pretend" person starts to dawn on him. A person he made up.
Aahil carries Sanam away, and he continues to lick his wounds. He walks into the room and stands woodenly. Aahil collects himself and tells him Jannat is unwell.
But the man needed his answers. He makes Aahil wear the coat Jannat made. Aahil is irritated at his lack of response to the unconscious wife in the room. but he puts on the coat and it fits.
Just like that Shaad got his answers. The coat she made fit, apple pie is his favourite, the salt in the cupboard,his allergies, the Aahil she mentioned in Pakistan. Never mind the actual wedding photo...

Precap: Shaad tells Aahil that Jannat's happiness lies with Aahil. A tearful hug between two men.
Well, this was coming. This was why the two men never reacted what each other was doing with Sanam/Jannat. I am quite disappointed that the much awaited Aahil vs Shaad will never happen.
I guess now Shaad will try to orchestrate Jannat's return to Sanam, and Aahil.
there's no point calling her Jannat now too. She is Sanam. And her home has found her, now she has to remember it.
