"Oh no.. Who could have done this to him ?! If I inform the police right away, the media will get to know soon and will be here in minutes.. I will wait for him to get up and recollect how this happened .. Thank god it's not something very serious . He will be fine soon..", Pragya tells herself. She feels bad to see the ever enthusiastic Abhi Mehra, lying unconscious in front of her.

Meanwhile , Bahadur , Abhi's driver calls home to inform Dadi about Abhi's state. Dadi is shocked to hear that and though Bahadur assures her that he will be with Abhi and bring him home once he is better,Dadi informs him that she will be there ASAP .

Two hours later

"Bahadur.. Bahadur yeh kaise hua? Abhi kahan hai?", asks a worried Dadi,as soon as she entered the doctors camp.He tells him about Abhi's call about being stranded on the highway and how he had asked him to get a car soon. But when he reached the venue, he saw Abhi in this state and rushed him to the hospital..

Dadi has tears when she hears this.."Abhi..mera bacha"..

Just then Dr Pragya comes out of Abhi's room.. Bahadur rushes to her to ask her how his boss is .Dadi looks up to find a doctor there and she also goes to her.."Doctor..kaisa hai Abhi? Please bathayiye na mujhe.. Mujhe na bahut dar lag Raha hai.. Bahuthi chitha ho rahi hai..theek hojayega na woh " ,with tearful eyes

Pragya feels the need to comfort the old lady or she will get sick too. It is not at all advisable to get so stressed at her age.

"Ma'am ..pehle aap please baitiye na "..she says and makes Dadi sit in a chair there..She sees a water dispenser nearby and gets some water. "Pani peejiye"

Dadi obediently takes the water from her and drinks it..Pragya continues .." Ma'am please relax. Mr.Abhi is hurt yes but that can definitely be cured with medication..it will take time for the wound to heal but he is very lucky that all his vital organs are unaffected..your blessings are there with him and your love will help him get back to form soon..Yes for now he hasn't gained consciousness yet but I have taken care of his wounds and will give him his medicine through drips..so please calm down sab theek ho jayega" she says with a smile

Dadi feels better after hearing the doctor speak and she likes this girl. "Such a caring girl.. God bless her"

"Thankyou beta. May god bless you. My poor bacha has gone through so much in life and I don't want him to suffer anymore. Please take care of him. I will be ever grateful to you", Dadi says with her hands folded like a namasthe.

"Ma'am what are you doing ? You are older than me and you can raise hands to bless me but not for this.. I will definitely take good care of him and he will be back to normal soon..he is the one and only rockstar after all", Pragya tells and smiles at Dadi cos she wants the old lady to smile too.

She succeeds in making Dadi smile and Dadi likes her even more now .."What is your name beta? And call me Dadi if you don't mind..I would prefer that to ma'am"

"I am Pragya Arora ma'am ..I mean , Dadi", she says with a smile..Dadi asks her about why she is here in a small town like this when she can work in Mumbai, to which Pragya explains about the one week camp and that she will go back to Mumbai,her actual place of work,next week.

"Dr Arora.. The patient has gained consciousness"

Pragya excuses herself and tells Dadi that she will come and take her inside in a while,after checking how Abhi is..
She goes in to see Abhi slowly trying to open his eyes..

Abhi opens his eyes and sees a lady,with a lab coat (Dr's white coat 😆) on .. "Why am I in a chemistry lab?". he thinks to himself.. He then looks around to find all the apparatus around and connected to him and realises it's a hospital and not a lab and the lady is a doctor .."Why am I here?",he asks her but gets his answer when a sudden pain erupts in his shoulder when he tries to move his hand..he slowly recollects the events that happened before he fell down unconscious .. The lady's voice brings him out of his thoughts.."Mr.Abhi..How are you feeling ?"

That is when , he notices her eyes. Eyes that will never let him look away ,despite being extremely tired.. He sees that she is worried and realises then that she has been talking to him

"Uh?"

" I asked you how you are feeling Mr.Abhi.."

"My shoulder kills and my whole body is in pain actually.. If that's okay then I am fine !",he manages to say with a small smile but his eyes convey the pain that he is in ..

Pragya is amused at his reply.. She knows his pain will subdue slowly and says," I have already taken care of the shoulder and am injecting medicines through your drips..Don't worry Mr Abhi..you will be fine soon.."

"Thankyou Dr..?"

"Pragya..Pragya Arora" she says with a smile.."your Dadi has come here,she is waiting outside..she was very worried but I told her that you will be fine soon and she is better now.. I will ask her to come in "

"What?! Dadi came all the way here? Yes yes please send her in"..

Dadi then meets Abhi and he assures her,in his usual style ,that he is a rockstar and nothing can happen to him..😃

Pragya comes in after a while and sees that Abhi is really very tired.." Dadi , if you don't mind can we leave Mr Abhi to rest for sometime? He needs to sleep .."

" Sure beta I will come out.. Abhi my bacha..take rest ..",she says,kisses Abhi's forehead and walks out.

Pragya checks the drips and turns to look at Abhi looking at her.. "Sleep well Mr Abhi..well deserved break just that the circumstance is bad",she says..

Abhi chuckles at that and replies with a "Yeah I guess so.."

"Oh btw I haven't informed the police yet as I didn't want the media to make this a big issue. I wanted you to recollect what had happened and thought I will let you decide..We can inform them after you wake up"

"Oh thanks for that and yes I don't want the media involved.. It was just some random goons on the road,who probably wanted to steal my money.. I was even ready to ask them what they wanted when one idiot stabbed me..so I will maybe ask the police to look for them and not inform media."

Pragya feels bad for what happened and asks him to sleep well.."goodnight Mr Abhi and btw I am a big fan of yours and the happy love song is my favourite ",she says ,wanting to lighten the mood.

Abhi grins at her.."wow ! Doctors find time for rock music ? I am impressed ! You deserve an autographed copy of all my albums "

She thanks him for that and walks out of the room,closing the door behind her.
