A few people are paragliding and two friends, Sonia and Komal discuss about how efforts never go in vain. Komal rises and starts her turn and Sonia tells that she's ready and starts her turn too. As she enjoys this, she witnesses a murder taking place and faints. They land and revive her and she tells that she had seen a man driving a knife into a woman in the hill. They decide to call CID.
Abhi goes paragliding while Daya stays down along with the rest. Sonia still hasn't found anything. We have a brief duo moment here when Daya tells Abhi that he had sent him because it was big area. Jayawanti tells that perhaps the killer might have buried the corpse and Nik says if so then the evidences might be difficult to unearth. Sonia apologizes and tells that she forgot. Daya asks her to try. Meanwhile Pankaj wants to go paragliding and look for clues and we again have a funny moment here. Abhi is in the air and Sonia is looking at the iPad. She spots the place and calls Daya. Abhijeet lands and once again they all go into the area to look for clues. Purvi calls them and shows them a lady's scarf that was stained with blood. As they followed the blood marks, they hear Nik's call. They separate and Daya along with Purvi and Mayur is shown by Nik that a particular place alone had loose soil. They dig it out and find a man's corpse who had been stabbed many times. They find a visiting card of Hotel Aqua Wave. The other 3, following the blood marks, reach the highway and inquire at the shops along the highway about the lady.
At Hotel Aqua Wave, the receptionists recognize him as Vikram, who was a regular customer there. Daya wants to check his room and the receptionist girl tells that he stays in room no. 102, and that his wife was there. We see his wife crying, and tells that as usual Vikram had left for his business stuff the previous morning. The receptionist tells that Vikram did the work of exporting hand made stuff. The wife says that they live in Mumbai and that they had come by taxi. They move out.
Abhijeet, Jaya and Pankaj come to a motel, and a man identifies their query and tells them at around 8.30 or 9, a man had asked for a hospital to take a wounded lady lying on the other side of the road and that he had told them about City Hospital, not far from there.
At the taxi stand, a man identifies Vikram to have sat in his taxi and complaining all the way that he was driving slowly. He had left them in a Creig road (forgive me, i didnt hear it properly). He also tells that a lady, wrapped in a yellow scarf around her neck, had also joined the man and both had gotten down together. The driver tells them that he had dropped them 2kms ahead of Nandkari Gaav, which shocks Daya as the place was absolutely desolate sans any house or shops. They had found Vikram's corpse 5km from the gaav.
In City Hospital, they learn that there were just 2 ladies admitted before 12pm and neither of them seemed to meet the chaku-maari-ladki thing. The nurse at the reception also tells that apart from this hospital, any other hospital with an emergency ward was about 20 to 25 miles from there. Another nurse asks them if they were talking about a girl who was brought in by a man. She says that when the ward boys went with the stretcher to admit the girl, the girl was nowhere to be seen. She says that the ward boys had told her that it was difficult for her to survive looking at the amount of blood that she's lost. The man had given her the lady's ID. The girl's name turned out to be Reshma.
ACP and Sachin ask a lady at the office about Reshma and tell her that she was stabbed. She is shocked and tells that since the day before she had received no phone calls from her. When asked about her job, it turns out that it was same as that if Vikram's. They ask her about the first place she would go in an emergency and the lady tells that she had a friend who was also a doctor- Dr. Ranvijay.
Again, Daya and others are in the jungle, when they find a shed. As they inch closer, a man with a gun comes out. Daya sir takes him down and they enter inside. Two men, Jackie and Monty and discussing their boss had warned them about CID's presence in the area. Daya steps out and gets them. They find illegal sandalwood business going on and the two tell the team that they had bound to do whatever their boss, Munna asks them to. He had gone to kill the lady who escaped from them.
Abhijeet, Jaya and Pankaj come to Munna's house and find the door open and also the house in shambles. He asks them to search the house carefully warning them that anyone might be hidden anywhere. Pankaj finds a trash can with cotton and all and Abhi says Reshma might have been operated on by Ranvijay. Jaya finds an unconscious Ranvijay who on reviving says that Reshma, badly injured had come to him for treatment and had fallen unconscious before he could ask her anything and since she was his friend he had operated on her. But fearing the law, he was about to contact the police when few people came inside. He cries that the people were dangerous and had beat him up when he tried to stop them. Abhi vows to save Reshma.
We see Reshma, running for her dear life and few people behind her. She hides inside a car and the men, after searching that area, move ahead to look elsewhere. She comes out and is confronted by one of the men. One man tells her that anyone who enrages their boss, can never be alive and then CID comes. Reshma faints. (Think that purple guy is Munna) Abhi gets hold of him while Jaya calls the ambulance. Abhi coaxes the name of the boss out of Munna.
They arrive at a building and as they search, Daya sir hears a gun shot and reaches the terrace to find the receptionist girl (one who gave info about Vikram). She tries to escape but is caught by Purvi. She confesses that she was doing some illegal selling of sandalwood. She had tried to take the help of Reshma but she had disagreed and also told Vikram, who decided to lodge a police complaint. She says that she had then decided to kill them both, but somehow Reshma had escaped and that had exposed her. Daya sir delivers the phansi dialogue.
