When gurumaa told everyone that due to wish of Nandini, all can stay here. Then how sweetly Aliya told that can we do something for gurumaa as she let us to stay here. Aliya is really craving for love of an elder person in her life. Most importantly a family type love. In first episodes, remember a pooja was held in Mukti house. She was serving all people very sweetly as it was her family. I am eagerly waiting to see Aliya in that way again in birthday pooja of Nandini. This will be good to watch a different Aliya most importantly other than depressing Aliya.

She is not in depression...i guess they are giving every clue of her being pregnant...be it her asking mukti "am i getting fat" or when Aryaman saved her and she got panicy seeing that stick 1 cm aways from her stomach...eating more at dhabba

She is not pregnant.. In story so far the bg voice said some disease name which I dont remember...

Right,she is suffering from depression. So eating disorder has been arisen. Btw three types of eating disorders due to depression like anorexia, bulimia and binge. Aliya may be suffering from one of these diseases.

Riya, you are right.I think Aliya is suffering from BULIMIA NERVOSA. In this EATING DISORDER DUE TO DEPRESSION, person consumes LARGE AMOUNT OF FOOD, after that to get rid from that food, person VOMITS. Same thing is with Aliya, after eating large chocolates, she starts vomiting. Remember in canteen when Harshad followed her to give him phone, she was vomiting in washroom after eating in canteen. Cvs should highlights this issue. This will create awareness.
