Actually it is all Sid's plan so that he can bring DD and Shiv closer. Don't u remember him saying that he is going to do something big so that DD accept Shiv. He has blackmailed kesar so that jigna can be brought to flirt and marry shiv and kesar is all silent because he tried to drug DD and due to this fact that Sid is using him to bring DD and shiv closer

The remarriage is told to DD that it would be between Shiv and Jigna but in reality we know it will be between DuShi. I am psyched to see how SidNi gets DuShi married and all patched up.
