Beautiful Night and Shocking Morning
Roshan offered them to take his jeep and Raghav assured he can drive well. Raghav puts the guitar he was holding in back, and sits in driver seat. Kalpana and Pakhi sits behind. All of them set out for dropping Pakhi. On reaching her house, Pakhi left after giving her tight hug... Kalpana manages to come in front sit next to Raghav, with his assistance.
Raghav smiled at Kalpana, as he started the car. Kalpana wanted to start some communication, "I really enjoyed today, did you?" asked Kalpana and looked at Raghav.
Raghav: (while driving): "Of course, it was indeed beautiful evening, I really never knew you guys can arrange parties within like 2 hours!"
Kalpana: (surprised by his reply): "So how much would you guys take...?"
Raghav: (casually) "About a week. We need to hire Event..." He stopped realizing what was he about to say.
Kalpana: (Laughing): "Event manager for small parties like these??"
Raghav: (Smiled): "Umm.. No I mean... everything takes time...!!"
Kalpana: "Yeah I know, you "Guys" take so long for anything, Had I left the arrangements only on Pakya dada, we would have party tomorrow morning."
Raghav laughed on hearing the same.
Kalpan: "Raghav there is a beach nearby, should we go there for a while, just for some time."
Raghav smiled in nod and turned steering wheel to right as told by Kalpana, soon enough Raghav and Kalpana reached the beach Kalpana was referring too.
Beach was indeed quiet and peaceful with no one around. Raghav carried his guitar along, they walked on the beach. Finding appropriate spot near the rock both of them settled down for quiet time after tiring day. Kalpana looked at him and took the guitar from his hands and opening up she started playing along some strings, which played the tune of song "Rabta" (From Movie Agent Vinod)

Raghav was surprised on hearing her play the tune perfectly on guitar as he asked her curiously, "Do you know how to play this?" with smile.
Kalpana looked back and laughed, "Not really, it's just that for one performance my friend had ditched his part and I was only thought this song and tune," she said. "But now!" Kalpana continued looking at Raghav smiling, "I want to learn some more tunes and if possible.. as much as I can...!!" Raghav looked at her, "Why?" he asked.
Kalpana replied with wide smile, "Just... To impress someone maybe...!!" she replied casually. Raghav sniggered on her words, and said... "Let me teach you my favourite song on this guiter!" Kalpana sat up straightening herself up with excitement to learn his favourite song.
He showed her couple of notes, but Kalpana couldn't get it right inspite of being shown couple of time, ... Raghav finally sat behind her little bit on huge stone above her, and held her both hands from back and made her hold guitar properly, in correct position. "This is called head of guitar," he said showing her end thin side of guitar.
"and you need not hold that, Your one hand needs to be on it's body, which is this main wide board," he said as he held her elbow and stretched her hands to wrap it around the main body near saddle. He then placed her fingers on finger board explaining her better way to hold it while playing then casually using it.
After which he tried training her fingers in a tune of his favourite song as he sang along, "Hum ,,,, Tere... Bin... Jee... Nahin... Sakte... Tere Bin... Kya Wajood... Mera..." And slowly left her to play it on her own, but she failed to play correct chords when left independently, Raghav did guide her in between with correct strings. However, her futile attempt amused Raghav, as he laughed saying, "You aren't even trying, and just scratching wrong keys..."
His words angered her little, "I am still trying my best, you are bad at teaching!!!"
Raghav huffed, "Yeah right!! I have taught many people playing simple tunes ok? Like Christina, ask her ... She just learned it in a minute!"
Kalpana replied back, "She must already be knowing how to play guitar and be fooling you!!"
Raghav thought for a second "Hmm..." and continued, "Oh Yes! She was indeed brilliant student, and learned everything very quickly, be it music, languages, and also taught me maths well..." He said dreamily to tease Kalpana. A tinge of jealousy made it's way in Kalpana as she looked up at Raghav, "Who is Christina?" she asked. Her question made Raghav look at her bit seriously... and his hesitant appearance was making every second difficult for Kalpana... as she thought of directly confirming, "Is she your girlfriend?"
"No," came pat reply from him, "Umm... Actually she is ... she is..." Raghav paused as Kalpana looked at him with slight relief yet waiting for competition, "She is girlfriend of umm... Jr. Singhaniya... And by the way... how does it matter?" Raghav said quickly without giving much thought to his words. And Kalpana closed her eyes, feeling relieved... "Nothing..." she said trying to hide her nervousness about his question, "I was just wondering, who is this girl to get so much of praises from you...!" She stopped from saying anything further, and gulped once and closed her eyes before shooting next question to gather some courage, "Umm.. did you teach her in same way like you taught me...!!" She asked... Raghav busted out laughing... "Are you jealous???" he asked casually, "well but she indeed was brilliant, hence my words were all that she required to learn, but you!!" he looked at Kalpana still laughing. Kalpana looked at him with fake anger initially but it slowly turned into smile seeing him laughing. Raghav looked at her staring at him with smile, as he continued saying, "Christina and I are just like you can say you and Suraj," he said as his laughter slowly faded into somewhat serious tone as Kalpana recalled her evening when was dancing around the bonfire with Suraj and what might have he felt at the moment. Both of them had realized and felt what exactly the other one had been through as their expression turned serious and both of them looked into each other Kalpana moved little closer while still lost in his dark eyes, not realizing their own actions for time being they leaned closer to each other pressed their lips against each other losing themselves into sweet kiss... It was just after couple of minute Kalpana realized what she was doing and she slowly broke it and looked away as she said breathing, "We should leave now," saying so she turned around as Raghav stood there frozen till he started following her. None of them able to look at each other and continued their journey till society in silence.
Kalpana entered her house slowly, still feeling anxious and nervous, as she laid down on her bed recollecting day's event and confused by what had happened at beach, "What is happening to me?" "Why are my actions these days out of line!!" "He is just watchman here, and what would he be thinking about me... It has hardly been 3 days since he has joined...!!! I am such a fool!" and with these thoughts in her mind ... "But I do like him a lot..." murmured Kalpana as she dozed off.
While being on duty sleeping was never an option for Raghav as he stayed out staring at the sky sitting on his chair near main entrance trying to sort out his own life, "I was going... No I am going to Mauritius to propose Christina, but what is happening to me, I don't even remember her as often as I think of Kalpana these days!! Do I really want to go to Mauritius anymore? Or work on this project? " thought Raghav, "Life is already screwed because of the stupid thing dad has asked me to do, and plus Kalpana's advices has been affecting me like nothing before!"
Morning came once again, bringing in some hope for clearing of confusions. Kalpana was not as nervous as she was previous day, as if that sleep has cleared her mind a bit more and wouldn't mind admitting, she was being attracted to this temporary watchman of her building. Once she was ready, she did go to gallery to find him ready with bags packed and looked up, as if he was expecting to see her there... Kalpana smiled and he smiled back, both of them relived, that things would eventually be sorted out. Raghav too had come to realize, that what he shares and feels for Christina is different from the stronger sense of emotions he is having towards Kalpana, and want some time to realize and sort out any sort of confusion. And yes! He has already made up his mind and confirmed the cancellation of his plans to visit Mauritius.
Raghav and Kalpana both started their ways together like previous day, but this time with complete silence... as hesitation and confusion had taken over both of them for time being.
In the Office Harish paced up and down when he hears knock. Wishing it to be Kalpana he allows the person to come in. It's Nathu, one of the employee and surely Harish wasn't happy seeing him and disappointment added with his words, "Sir, client has arrived, and we can now head to meeting." Informed Nathu.
Harish just wished to meet Kalpana once before the meeting and clarify everything, but he couldn't for now.
Moment Harish left for meeting Kalpana entered the premise of her office and waved bye to Raghav turning back, who waved back, trying to be careful that no one else should notice him. Raghav reached home and following his daily routine for a week, he sets the alarm and drifts off to sleep with peace of 30 minutes, though today he had to reach office by 10.15 AM for meeting to be held at 10.30.
Kalpana too starts working on Budgeting and finalizing material cost for new project of Jr. Singhaniya...
Time passed by it was 9.45 and Kalpana had finished her work. She met Mr. Rawat with file of final budget, and Mr. Rawat requested to attend the meeting with Chote Sahab, as he has to handle something else in absence of Harish sir.
A huge smile make it's way on her face assuring him she will manage. She was indeed excited to meet Raghav's good friend who will also be her boss and will be handling the project, whose main budgets and costing will be handled by Kalpana in her department. She is sure excited to meet him. He, who obeys his friend so much, he whom Raghav talks a lot about... She will finally meet him.
Raghav had reached the hall where meeting would be held and he will be presenting the final layout and requirements for the project. Harish had reached the office and quickly made his way to meet Kalpana at her desk, but was shocked to find her no where there. He stopped Ramu to ask quick question about Kalpana to which he replied, she is heading towards conference room. Mr. Rawat calls Harish sir from behind and informs him, "Sir, you have next meeting in conference room where Raghav will be assigning work and details about Resort and Kalpana will be representing finance department there, she seems to have already be heading there, and I will be in committee room allotting, final budget for each dept. solving conflict..." rest of his words faded to reach Harish's ears on understanding that Kalpana heading for meeting where Raghav is presenting. Harish leaves the conversation confusing Mr. Rawat and making him feel awkward with other staff, as he left on to think, "Must be something urgent!"
Kalpana was already on the floor as she stayed back to gossip about latest news of Pakhi and Pakya realizing it is almost 10.30, she excused herself and made her way towards hall. She was about to push open the door of conference room to enter, when Hairsh noticed it, "Kalpana!" he called out. Kalpana stopped and turned around to find Hairsh there. I need to talk to you about something, Kalpana nodded, and Mr. Desai passed by to hall, and Harish told him to apologize Raghav for delay, but he will be here in 15 minutes.
Kalpana followed Hairsh in his cabin. Harish rubbed his forehead for couple of minute before he continued, "Kalpana... I have to tell you something, and before you misunderstand me, by discovering it on your own, or before my son treads on wrong path, trying to make his ID cards!" he paused giving time to Kalpana to understand be prepared for what he was about to say... Kalpana looked at him with nothing more than confusion, visible on her face. "The watchman in Gokuldham..." and his words were cut by Kalpana, "Sir Raghav will give me ID proofs by evening and I will pass it on by tomorrow!" replied impatient Kalpana. Harish was pissed off this time for being cut, "Will you please listen?" he demanded in loud tone reflecting frustration and Kalpana sat down apologizing, "Kalpana, I have all the ID proofs and things of Raghav, because..." Kalpana wanted to say something but this time didn't dare, "Kalpana, the watchman Raghav of Gokuldham is... IS MY SON!" Words rang in her ears as she shot her head up to see Harish who was facing other side, Kalpana stood up nervously, "Sir... Raghav is ... I mean..." Kalpana could speak broken words and Hairsh repeated himself, "Yes Kalpana, Raghav is my son! A spoilt brat who needs to learn a lot about life and understand life is more than enjoyment and amusement... There are harsh realities of life, which he has had never experienced thanks to me and my faulty ways of bringing him up... that he had never learned basic values of humanity and today I am forced for this strict punishment of working there and facing all he can, and guess what Kalpana...!" He continued and stared at her shocked form, "Kalpana, my son who had never cared about anything or anyone but himself, I could see him changing within these 4-5 days he has already changed a little, though his ego and arrogance remain the same, I could see him taking up responsibilities and little side of being committed, punctuality... some of these were rare qualities in him!" he continued. Harish tried explaining her the situation but it seemed shock wouldn't let her hear him further. Shock would be understatement to describe her, as she goes back into the time, when she had spoken to him, "Learn to respect people above you mr. Raghav! You are just a watchman..." "Call me madam!" "No, I feel you are some underworld don, who is involved in smuggling and has previous records of terrorist activities" her sarcasm... all the things as if came back to her...On the other hand Raghav who was pissed off with delay in meeting for he had missed his sleep for it headed towards his dad's cabin! Raghav was about to enter, when he paused seeing Kalpana already there. He tried hiding him in a way to avoid meeting her eyes, but she was in a thrill to realize anything else happening in surrounding. Harish saw Raghav standing there, and he signalled him with his hand and nodding to come in... Raghav was confused, and shocked ... He nodded in "No" with a fear filling up his eyes, every minute... He refused to take any further step to enter the cabin and his heart growing faster with nervousness, he pleaded his father to not force him with his eyes... Little did he know that truth had already been out when Harish finally broke his silence in a louder tone, opening the cabin door, "Raghav, come in now!" he ordered, bringing Kalpana back into real world of the four walls in office and Raghav reluctantly entered cabin with his heart thudding faster than ever as Kalpana turned to face him ... Wishing it all to be a lie, and just a joke but alas it wasn't Raghav was standing right there in front of her eyes as Raghav Singhaniya... Harish just said, "Raghav you will not need to arrange for any other fake ID proofs to submit anymore beta!" While Raghav angrily glared at Harish, "I have always been right!" he said and continued in his dry tone, "There is only one villain of my life!" Harish looked at him in shock and Kalpana and Raghav froze on their places facing each other.
Precap: "Kalpana, I want you to help me... Help me bring my son on right path, and make him perfect!" Hairsh requested to Kalpana. Kalpana looked at him, "According to me, every human has some flaws, but Raghav ... " ... "I mean Raghav sir is in someway perfect too..."
Raghav stood there pacing up and down in his cabin, when a man comes in to call him, before he can say anything, "TODAY's MEETING is CANCELLED! GET OUT!" he shouted, and Kalpana stood there watching the scene!
