A fleet of cars zoomed inside a huge building and even before the cars make a proper halt, people from different cars got down and one of them opened the door of a black BMW which stood in the middle of all cars. Out of the magnificent car, the person dashed out possessed a similar power which can make people around him feel so small with his regal aura. He directly went into his private lift which would take him to the desired floor where the entire floor is dedicated to him. This is the place where he would do his work during the day if he wants privacy and spent his night there if he has to work till late night. This is the place when he enters would give a clear sign to his employees that their boss is not supposed to be disturbed unless they want it to be the last day of their job. He went to his cabin and sat on his chair with a thud cursing someone under his breath. I think I don't have to give an introduction as to who the person is. Well he is none other than our beloved angry young man Maan Singh Khurana and the person he is cursing is none other than his one day old fiancee.
Maan : Why does she have to come for that stupid party?!?!
2years back
Khurana mansion is completely packed with guests as it is the party hosted by Khuranas to congratulate their son and also to celebrate the day when he has finally taken the position of MD. Everyone got to know that Maan Singh Khurana who has finished his studies and successfully handled KC branch in London for almost three years is now back to take the authority of KC main branch which is in Delhi. Finally the moment has arrived when the guest of honour, the most eligible bachelor of Delhi or to be precise India, has arrived in all his glory dressed in black tuxedo making all the young girls to lose their breath. Ignoring the attention he is receiving from female clan, Maan directly went to his dad Sanjay Khurana who is standing with his best buddy Arjun Handa and few other business associates.
Arjun : Hello young man!! Sorry I could not come to receive you yesterday.. had one stupid meeting my boy..
Man : Are you talking about the meeting which we had by any chance Mr. Handa?!
Arjun widened his eyes listening to the person while Sanjay chuckled and by the time he could compose the man stood beside him giving a grim expression..
Arjun : Haaa.. wohh. I mean its not.. Ufff.. Yes exactly I was talking about the meeting we had..
Arjun said as a matter of fact while Arjun and the other guy got shocked and Arjun continued.
Arjun : Then what!!! My Maan was coming almost after three years and you had held me up with your stupid meeting..
Man : Yaar!! What could I do?! You know I am going to Australia for a month and before that we need to finalize our deal. I had no choice but to have that meeting.
Arjun : Whatever because of you I could not go receive my son.
Maan : That's fine uncle.. You don't have to come to receive me to show how much you love me. I always know that and anyways aunty has filled your absence.. Anyways where is she?! Arjun : Where else would she be?! Obviously with your mom and her kitty friends gossiping about anything and everything.. Everyone had a nice laugh listening to Arjun's comment while Sanjay interrupted their laughing session.
Sanjay : Waise Maan let me introduce to Akshay.. I mean Akshay Singania..You have not met him right.. He pointed towards the man Arjun was talking previously.. Sanjay : Actually he studied with me and Arjun in college but later we lost contact. Two years back he has shifted his business back to India and now he is one of Arjun's clients.
Maan shook hands with Akshay giving a faint smile while Akshay came forward and hugged him patting his back..
Akshay : Heard a lot about you Maan. Seriously your dad is lucky to have a son like you..
Maan : Dont say that uncle. KC was started by my dad and I have not yet achieved anything. I just wish that one day I would establish KC to such an extent that my dad has always wished for and that day you can openly say what you have said just now.
Sanjay and Arjun got simply overwhelmed listening to Maan's answer while Arjun came forward and hugged him.
Arjun : Dekha Sanjay!!You always complain and get scared that Maan might get used to the lifestyle over there and forget his values and ethics.. Now see what he said. I always tell you that my Maan is not like that. He is not like other boys and he did not prove me wrong. I am proud of you Maan. I really am.
Arjun said with glint of pride while Yash
Sanjay : Arjun!! I know your Maan is not like that and I accept defeat. Happy now!! By the way where is Geet?!? You and bhabiji came alone.. Today she is supposed to be back from her college trip right?!?!
Arjun : Yes.. Actually she came only 2 hours back and when I told her about the party she denied to come saying she is soo tired. Me and shilpa tried so much to convince her but she did not. I am telling you Sanjay she is becoming more stubborn day by day. I mean look what she has done today. This is certainly a big day for Maan. Yesterday he came and today you declared him as MD so she has to come and share our happiness right. Certainly she is a part of this family. But no she has to deny to everything I say.
Sanjay : ohh come on Arjun.. Even Dev is not here but why don't you blame him.. When did she ever deny to what you say?! Obviously she must be hell tired after coming from the trip so she must have denied. Why are you getting angry for that on my daughter?! Nothing is going to happen if she does not attend one party. I can host hundreds of such parties for my sweetheart. You are always behind my daughter
Arjun : Yeah Why not.. Because of your pampering only she is getting spoiled. As for Dev then he is out of station due to his project work not to have fun with his friends. So don't you dare drag him in this. I mean Can't you understand that she is not a kid anymore. She should have some sense of responsibility..
Sanjay : Now dare you start your responsibility lecture.. I have heard enough. Meri bachi ko koi kuch nahi bolega.. Family mein ek hi hitler hona chahiye..
He said eyeing Maan while Maan just rolled his eyes saying..
Maan : Now YOU stop it dad..
Everyone laughed with his statement while Maan got lost in his thoughts.
He is listening to their talks and when he heard Geet's name his expression instantly changed and made a grim face. Certainly he don't want her to come to this party otherwise god only knows what he would do if at all she again does something silly to disturb him. He got relieved when he heard that Geet denied to come to the party so that he does not have to see her irritating face and spoil his mood when it is the most important day of his life. But then again he got angry as to how dare she denies to come to Maan Singh Khurana's party. But soon got distracted by some girl who came and stood beside him.
Girl : Hello everyone.
She then turned towards Maan and said a small hi..
Sanjay : hello sanjana beta.. how are you?!
Sanjana : I am fine uncle.. how are you?!
Sanjay : Too good.. Now that my Maan is back I cannot be anything less than good.. ohh by the way Maan.. Meet Sanjana,Akshay's daughter.
Maan : Hii..
Sanjana : Hii Maan.. I have heard a lot about you from Sanjay uncle and Arjun uncle offcourse from the media too..
She said in an amusing tone and then turned towards Sanjay saying
Sanjana : Uncle can I steal your son from you for a while?!
Sanjay : Offcourse beta..
Sanjay winked at sanjana making her giggle while Maan simply glared at his dad for putting him in such tough situation. Certainly dealing with girls is definetly a tough situation for as he knows what their next step would be. This time Akshay interrupeted his glaring session saying..
Akshay : Now come on Maan have some fun. Go.
Sanjana took his hand and dragged him to introduce to her friends while Maan followed her uninterestedly. After few minutes she understood that it is a very bad idea to bring him there as she could see all of them literally fall on Maan. The most amusing part for her is the expressions Maan is giving to all of them. He could neither push them away as it would be like insulting them who unfortunately are his guests nor could tolerate their actions. She chuckled looking at his condition and decided to save him from their torture.
Sanjana : Okay girls!! Dance floor is open and
then she looked at Maan
Sanjana : Maan!! Can I have pleasure of dancing with the most eligible bachelor of Delhi?! Maan : Offcourse!! Maan said without wasting a second and immediately held her hand taking to the dance floor. Apparently he felt it is better to dance with one girl rather than being crushed by numerous girls. He sighed once he landed on dance floor and looked at Sanjana. Sanjana : I am sorry Maan!!! I never knew they would behave like this. I know you felt so uncomfortable and I hope you are OK now. Maan : I am fine Sanjana. I seriously would have snapped at them if this party is not hosted by Khuranas. I don't want to insult my guests. So thanks for saving me from them. Sanjana : Anytime!!
Maan : To be frank I would have denied you also but because of Akshay uncle I had obliged. But then you are far far better than those girls and trust me when I am saying this.
Sanjana just laughed and said
Sanjana : I am glad that I am your Akshay uncle's daughter otherwise I would have missed this golden oppurtunity of spending some time with THE MAAN SINGH KHURANA .
Now even Maan chuckled a bit for this while Sanjana continued
Sanjana : And thanks for saying the truth.
Sanjana smiled to which Maan reciprocated and then they started talking about random topics while the duo have been watched by three men standing at some corner. Sanjay was completely surprised to see Maan talking to a girl in normal way and that too smilingly otherwise he would always try to escape from the situation of dealing with girls and worse he would shout and snap at them. The most happiest person among the three is Akshay.
Later Maan is seen talking and dancing with Sanjana in most of the parties they attend. Sanjay is totally happy that Maan is not being in his reserved nature atleast with Sanjana which is a very good sign as he is always tensed for Maan. Even though everyone including media termed as Maan to be the most eligible bachelor but Sanjay wants someone who could care for Maan but not the status and the name he carries.
After few months, Akshay called Sanjay and said he would be coming to Khurana mansion next day saying that he has something important to talk even though everyone guessed what it would be. Sanjay immediately called Arjun to say what Akshay told and asked them to come to the mansion. Next day Akshay came wishing Khuranas and Handas GM and started saying
Akshay : Yaar!! Tum logon ko patha hai ki mujhe ghuma phira kar baat karna nahi aata.. So I am here to ask Maan's hand for my daughter Sanjana.. What do you say Sanjay?!
Sanjay just went to Akshay and hugged saying Yes to his proposal.
(Guys Please donot expect much from this story as it is actually planned for OS
and as I couldnot end it in one part this has become a three shot..
So please don't get disappointed after reading the story finding it nothing new.. )
