Kozia kapoor, my dear, your intense dislike of anyone who upstaged your beloved kareena kapoor from ever making it to number one is amusing...vidya, kangana, katrina...arrey, these people are just doing their job...and a damn fine job at that.
I dont know what your definition of 'flop' written all over it is...but the movie has Acting ki A listers in it..Raj kumar, emraan, vidya. Just having Vidya in a film is enough reason to go watch it.
As for the music is 'shockingly bad', are you and the rest of the world hearing the same music? The music of HAK is on the top of the charts and running and being requested continuously on every music channel there is.
Vidya may not have PR shipping her every move and plastering the media with updates after update of every blink of her eye in every miniscule role, but her name itself guarantees her film to be something substantial by way of acting, storyline.
At least kangana and vidya produced blistering BBs in heroine oriented roles and 'enjoyed' with Paa, and TDP, kahaani, munnabhai, parineeta, queen, TWM, gangster...they made such memorable impacts with each of their debut films...Parineeta, and Gangster..and they dont even hv any acting background.
How can anyone just dismiss them? Success and failure are a given in Bollywood. But when the name of actresses who changed the perception of heroines as decorative pieces in Bollywood comes up, its Vidya Balan, Kangana Ranaut, Priyanka Chopra and now Deepika whose names will be mentioned. And they did it in their PRIME. Not when they were too old to do masala roles.
