What the HELL is Kabir doing?

I love Kabir. He is probably one of my favourite characters. But the problem is till now I am not able to understand his thought process. Creatives are not providing any insight to what is actually going on in his mind.

I am yet to watch the episode but after reading the written update I am feeling so bad for Ananya. That girl is completely in love with this man. She was going to text him "I am missing you'! Like really?

Why is Kabir encouraging her? She was a fan girl before. But now she has gone to some other level. And to top that if Kabir behaves so dreamy like ( He should be called McDreamy now). She is bound to fall in love now and obviously she is going to end up hurt because Kabir isn't showing the slightest inclination that he is falling for her He is beginning to enjoy her company, yes, and has a general liking towards her, maybe as a friend or something more but I don't see him falling in love with her any time soon.

And then he does stuff like calling her eyes beautiful, giving her his hand, sharing 30 second eye locks with her... ( McDreamy Alert) ! Why O Why! He knows she likes her. He is well aware of it. I am not asking him to distance himself from her. But if he behaves like his with her she is bound to fall in love with him.

I love Kaya. But I don't want to see Ananya get hurt Maybe that is what the creatives are aiming for. As Kritika said once in an interview, Reporters shows Ananya's journey from being a girl to a woman. Maybe this heart break is essential for the transition. Maybe. Maybe not.

I am just disappointed or rather confused with Kabir. It's high time we get to see his point of view also.

I don't mean to say that he is playing with her. Nor is he leading her. His actions may be genuine. They ARE genuine. But he knows she has a crush on him. She'll definitely fall for him.

My main complaint is for the CVs. They are not showing us Kabir's pov when the show has reached almost 50 episodes.

With Ananya we find it different bcoz of the undercurrents that exist between them, but they dont seem to realise.

As far as Ananya is concerned, she already had a huge crush on Kabir and now when finally when she's found a bit of the Kabir Sharma devoid of his facade, her emotions have become stronger. But for me, it still isnt LOVE. It may be a transition from infatuation to love.

Its not important that both should fall in love with each other at the same time. Considering Kabir's past, it would take Kabir a longer time to realise his emotions. But, so far by the looks of it, it just seems that both are being their true selves with each other.

But haan, I agree with your post however I also have another POV about this. I get the feeling Ananya is probably filling up the loneliness he feels in his life and that's why he is being so very sweet towards her because she reminds me of who he was before he became this pathar dil insaan.
Nevetheless that doesn't excuse him from giving her hope with such compliments and intense eye locks 😆
The poor girl will go cross eyed with his mixed signals 😆

Kabir is unpredictable and complex. Very very complex. No one can predict what is going on his mind. He was actually waiting for Ananya's reply so he is liking this friendship and he likes her. But love? I dont think so... Cant say :/

I agree with most of the things you have mentioend and I think Soon Kabir will do seething to keep Ananya at bay..

Kabul was an alcoholic.. perhaps this combined with some more things caused his failed marriage. The best thing about this charter os that he is not portrayed as carrying hatred to entire women kind.. but yes he is mature and he will somehow keep Ananya away until fall in love too

Here Ananya - She i no teenage or college girl - But her reactions are so natural . she is awe of this person whom she admired,.. got to spend two full days night with him.. he apologized to her, praised er gave her due credit .. it is all very nice for now

But soon she should come out of this..

And your last line. Yes they deliberately hide his thinking from audience and his monologues

Today Khalid said what Forum says.. don't smile Kabir say something :)

Exactly...this was i am saying from quite few days...I love kabir but from quite few days his behaviour is forcing me to think...men what he is doing???..Ananya has fallen fro him...and i am sure...a big heart break is on the way...pyaar to dur ki baat kabir ke liyey first..he get completely out of his past ushke past haunting ki wajah se anaya has to suffer a lot...Dont want anaya to get hurt but symptom .are clearly visible a storm is coming on the way god give strenght to ananya to bear this and to us lso...😭🤢

That is one of the issues that I have as well. I was expecting a monologue or something so that we get an idea of what is going on in Kabir's mind. He is a complex character and there are so many layers to him. Plus, there is so much about his past that we don't know. But I guess Ananya getting hurt is inevitable now. All the signs point in that direction. Let's see how it shapes up.

Thank you for posting your views. That is a really good explanation. Maybe Kabir behaves like this to everyone once he gets to know them. But we dont know for sure. That is the problem. We have no clue what is going on in kabir's mind. It's all from Ananya's pov. I wonder when we'll get to his pov.
