Sachh ka saamna!

So its my first topic on the forum, having already written essays and fangirled over KaYa and Kabir in other topics.
Sorry about being the harbinger of manhoosiyat but when Kabir is reminiscing Ananya's father's case, the fact that he thinks Ananya can't handle the truth makes me strongly think along the lines that maybe Sudhir Kashyap is actually dead. Or worse, Kabir indeed followed up on the case and her dad was guilty after all. I say the second theory is worse because that will break Ananya 's trust for a very long time. Trying for all you can to pursue something because you strongly believe in it only to reach the end and be proven wrong crushes your trust and belief in all good things.
Just something I have been thinking since that scene. 😳

And yes, give me a second to just gush about how perfect these two looked, color coordinated and reading news together. ❤️

i strongly feel the same too, and there is a genuine disappointment in kabir's face that why is Ananya sudhir's daughter. Is it possible that Sudhir sharma had actually committed the crime for which he was accused \? I am quite sure that he is dead, and kabir wants to save Ananya from being shattered.

Kabir certainly wants to save ananya from a harsh reality, a reality which has the strength to break her confidence. But what is that? I feel sudhir kashyap being dead will be a better option than him being proven guilty. Cause that would completely shake ananya's foundation of trust and pride she has for her father.

He thought in his mind, "Ms.Kashyap jis sach tak aap pahuchna chahti hain, usey jaankar aap PACHHTAYENGI" .. This gives me the feeling that may be Sudhir Kashyap, indeed was guilty. But then, they have always shown that Ananya is a girl strongly rooted to her principles, which she has inherited from her father. This is quite confusing. What if the truth Kabir knows had actually been altercated ?? I am hell confused. But I am happy, they are not moving towards that darn "guilt" track !!!

Exactly what I felt.. By the looks of it, both of your theories look plausible..

@DexterRocks , That's exactly what I thought. It looked like guilt at a glance, but when you re watch it again, there's shock and like you said, disappointment in his eyes.

But.. I have a third one to add.. What if, what Kabir thinks to be the truth isn't the entire truth? What if there's another angle to it which will resurface once KaYa reinvestigate the case?

Looks far-fetched, but so far the writers have been unpredictable and stunned us with their intelligent manner of turning, twisting and entwining of plots..

And after today, it really looks like her father is dead. 😳 Maybe even after losing his job at Janta Times he did went on to dig out the truth believing Sudhir Kashyap to be innocent, but what he found out negated his belief. I mean, from his point of view, he was an outsider when he found out the truth, but with Ananya, his daughter it will be a big blow. So, he wants to protect her from it.

It happens, doesn't it? Not everything in the world is good. Hope and belief are things we hold on strongly, but those get shattered too.
