Suggestions to VOI for better TRP

The stage is too big .. and the singer looks too far visually. (I am not joking, just think about it). The show lacks colors. It gives every black, blue kind of look There is not much fun (judges are to serious) They have come at the end (relative to other similar shows) and have not been able to bring any interesting format to catch the audience At times I think their song selections are also fail to grip the audience The participants makeover is too jarring, most of the time makeup, hair style and clothes participants specially girls) wear that doesn't suit them. (please don't say that it doesn't matter.. if so then why do they do it in first place. They present a very uncomfortable look. There is no connectivity with the audience … Participants are too serious (I mean they don't look like fun loving and attention grabbers) … no Masti factor .. no naughtiness , no pun.. Their program slot is not correct .. I doubt I need to say anything more that this.. To end I would say there is nothing that makes people wait for 10.00 PM Friday Saturday.. Either fun or Masti , or something unexpected.
1. To add all this the singers are not aggresive.. what I mean is their passion is not visible.

I really want this show to pick up to highest TRP .

The other show has good themes and the set is very well done.

Two suggestions which will sureshot improve TRP's

1. Get Himesh Reshammiya
2. Ok..Since he's already busy, Use his technique atleast.
Take three contestants (2B + 1G) and play the love triangle game.

I wantt this show to pick up too. Not fair for the talent of the participants.

I had actually expected the show to pick up once eliminations started... But its really surprising that even midway in the eliminations, the show is not doing better... I think the biggest flaw is the timing... We people have a crab mentality... We want our own good by pulling down others - and thats sad... By placing their show at the same time as competing shows, the channel wud have wanted to extract viewership from the other channel... But sadly, it has back fired... They want their show to do well, but at the same time also want the other shows to fail... Thats a big put off for me... What would they have lost had they placed it at a totally different slot... Let everyone watch all shows and then let them go ahead on their merits... Right now more than half people would not even have seen a full episode properly so as to judge the show on its merit leave alone get hooked to it...

I agree with what kavmuks says and am sorry to note that the contestants behave as if their life depends on this show. They look petrified and the whole atmosphere is gloomy despite Shaan's efforts to introduce some humour. Sad to say so but SVOI requires something drastic.

Please - dont want all the unnecessary drama like love-stories and stupid jokes between the contestants on the show... Also not looking fwd to sets that least resemble a singing contest and give more of a feeling that a K-series drama is going to be shot there...

I think, the contestants and some of the judges are just doing fine (some of the judges are overdoing..) - the only issue is that it has started late, its a new show and as Sachin says - the time slotting has been bad!

Otherwise the talent of this show definitely deserved a higher audience!

Completely agree with Sachin on the time slot! That is what has backfired on the show and yes whats really the harm if we music lovers get to watch all the shows !!!

and the dress designer needs to be changed ...

and no love stories pls, whether traingles or squares or other geometric shapes!

One of the problems is also that VoI is in its first season. The other shows already have their audeince who've been watching for past 2 seasons. Its tough to move them away.

The show has a concert feel to it. That might also be a factor. The seriousness in that sense is lacking with the orchestra sometimes overpowering the contestants.

But then I think live Orchestra is one of the strongest points of the show... Totally applaud having it here 😊
