Deepika P Doesn't Regret Rejecting DDD

It is no secret that the original cast of Zoya Akhtar's Dil Dhadakne Do' included Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepika Padukone in roles which were later filled by Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma respectively. While Padukone was filled with praise for the film post the pre-release screening, she claims to have no regrets for not doing the film.
Speaking to DNA India prior to the release, Padukone said, "It's just one of those films I think I have been so involved with indirectly that I feel like I am a part of the cast. That's also because of the equation that I share with Zoya, Farhan and Ritesh, so it's definitely no regret at all. In fact, for me it's the most awaited film of the year."
The film, which also stars Anil Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar, released worldwide on June 5th and grossed Rs. 10 Crore in India on the first day.

I saw the video of the interview...she never approached for any role in DDD to reject it..she said she has no regrets in being part of it but she didn't say she approached and she rejected it...there was rumor that Katrina kaif has been offered for the same role..
