I have never heard of a Dr buying a Hospital in the US. We don't have private / family owned hospitals here.

He's bought a chain of hospitals, so would be in multiple states / cities.

Great observations by all...
I used to watch couple of serials on Sab tv, till i started watching Itna karo na..." and it is not that too long that i will stop watching this too. Cus what i reliased is that this soaps are not made for people with even average intelligence. The makers just take the audience for ride thinking that they are all stupid and knows nothing about outside world and we can fool them by showing anything...

...the most laughable part in the episode on June 3rd was, when the reporter ask Neil that how did he managed to get this chain when so many others were trying and Neil goes, "pata nahin shayad peechle Maalik ko"...c'mon dude are you buying a corner store or a dollar store in USA that you use words like Maalik...there is always previous management...

On June 4th episode when Ranbir comes to talk aobut the signature on the papers he tells Neil.."IS deal mein Harame Karodo ruppee lage hai"...seriously a guy who was bought up in USA should know that nobody uses the word crores or ruppee in USA, they all use milllions of dollars...

LMAOO.. I really wonder what the dean of Neil's hospital who was so excited to have Mrs. Khanna working at his hospital felt.

This show has many bloopers with age and career/education . Only watching for the lead couple and hope the creatives do some research to correct their mistakes. Young doctors at 22-23 which is very Unlikely in US and Neil buying hospital chains but it's not possible. It seems like cvs is making things up as they go for all the characters except for Ragini & Neil.

All credit goes to poor knowledge of reality of what fictional story should be to Nivedita Base CH she is a shrewd lady & takes audience for granted .. Leads have become mere puppets to do what is told without questioning or its their job to show what the story is provided in spite of all the flaws .
