Kabir and Ananya start the interview with Madhav. He tells them that the film shouldn't be released. Ananya questions why and Kabir asks him if he has seen the film. Madhav is startled and replies that this film favors the majority, the higher ranked people. He recounts how in real life, when he asked for his land, he was shot by one of them in his leg. Ananya asks him if he is against the system itself or does his problem just arise from the fact that he didn't get his land. Madhav replies how the entire system is corrupt and adds that he has had a difficult life and his voice wasn't heard.
He stands by his actions and resolves to fight for his right. Back at KKN, Malvika approaches Ronnie and the rest and tells them to go home as they would have a busy day ahead the following day. She leaves but Ronnie, Richa, Trisha and Sunny decide to stay back. Manav comes there and they tease him by asking if he hasn't gone home yet given his 'condition' and Sunny also offers a homemade solution- 10 glasses of buttermilk'😆 Scene shifts to Madhav's lair- Kabir assures him that he would do everything to telecast the interview to public and share his story. They prepare to leave. Madhav replies that he believes him but repeats that he would do all to get his right. Kabir is confused and he elaborates that they can stay over for a few days.
Kabir is shocked and Ananya argues that they can't be forced to stay. Madhav gets irked. One of his henchmen point a gun at them and KaYa are shocked and are forced to do his bidding. Meanwhile, in KKN, Sunny and the gang are playing 'spin the bottle' game. They have fun but Ronnie is worried. They try to involve him too but he snaps back that Ananya is unreachable. Just then, a peon comes and informs that Ananya and Kabir's car has come back, but they aren't. Ronnie runs to check the vehicle and sees Madhav's letter which tells that he should broadcast a clip. He plays the clip and all are shocked to see KaYa being kidnapped and Kabir telling under duress that Madhav wants Kishen's movie to be stopped and the court order annulled then only they would be freed. Madhav adds in the clip that they have only a day and a night and if any mistake happens, the reporters would be killed.
All gather in the office.Khalid watches the video and calls Khurana who asks for a copy of the same to which he argues that he did not file a report for he is just there as Kabir's friend so he need not give the video copy. Ronnie asks Khalid if he should air the footage and adds that if they don't then Madhav would kill them. Manav denies. Khurana reassures that he would do his best to save them and has also taken permission from the police commissioner to send a police force without filing a complaint. Khalid tries reaching the broadcast minister and his secretary, but is unable to do so. Just then, he gets Madhav's call who asks him to relay his message to the government and fulfill his demands to get Kabir and Ananya's release. Khalid asks Manav to air footage.

Meanwhile, Ananya angrily walks around and rebukes Madhav's man for keeping them forcefully. Kabir chides her to keep quiet and not anger them. Madhav also comes and asks her not to provoke him, else he will would start a mass killing spree. Kabir replies that Ananya is telling the same and asks if he wants that to which Madhav replies that there is still time for the same. Episode ends by Kabir saying that some think that they can get freedom by destroying someone else but they forget that unwarranted thoughts destroy oneself. History is proof that only right thoughts leads to one's victory.
Precap: Ananya tries to provoke Madhav's man but slips. Kabir holds her and asks her if her drama is over. She retorts that it is still there!
