Salman Khan finally breaks his silence on Shhuddhi and here's what he has to say!

The actor was to work for Shhuddhi but has been replaced by Varun Dhawan. You have to hear what he's got to say about it!

When Salman Khan made his grand debut on Karan Johar's hit show Koffee With Karan last year, many were elated and wanting to know whether the actor and director would ever work together. The unimaginable happened and soon leading tabloids, websites were filled with the news of Kjo having roped in Salman Khan for his much talked about venture, Shhuddhi. Millions were ecstatic with this developement, knowing fully well, that if its Salman and Kjo together, the picture is bound to be larger than life. But soon the thought became a far fetched one, when Salman took to Twitter to announce his replacement in the film by B-town's heartthrob, Varun Dhawan. "Kamaal karte ho Varun Dhawan...made ur dad n me so proud of u... happy Shhuddhi", tweeted Salman.

Soon after, Karan confirmed the news, also revealing that Varun's ladylove in the film will be none other than Alia Bhatt."And finally..SHUDDHI starring VARUN DHAWAN and ALIA BHATT...directed by KARAN MALHOTRA..@Varun_dvn @aliaa08 @karanmalhotra21 @DharmaMovies" wrote Kjo on his Twitter account. Ever since this sudden turn of events, people have been wanting to learn Salman's reaction and hear his side of the story.

Well this Bajrangi Bhaijaan has finally broken his silence over the matter and spoken up! And what does he have to say? Sorry to dissapoint you folks, but his answer was not a serious one. As we know, Salman is a prankster who loves pulling one's leg and he did the same with Karan Johar at the recently held AIBA (Arab Indo Bollywood Awards) Talking about Shhuddhi the superstar jokingly said," "I told Karan I wanted to do Shuddhi. Karan complained about budget issues & cut me out and took a younger hero instead." Lol! We wonder what Kjo had to say to that!

We love how Salman takes the other's case, oh so proudly. We hope the actor and Kjo team up for another project soon!
