@ Cherry pansy: The rose petal thing was a cliched scene. I can't remember how many times these scenes have been recycled in the Tv land.How were those petals flying by the way when the fan was put in the wrong direction ?

Pardon me but I don't think the show was this slow paced initially. The initial episodes gave us an insight of the rich background of the Mathurs. If you remember properly, all the episodes were eventful. Like we learnt about a spoilt rich brat Amaya's lifestyle, Sneha's concern about Amaya, Rachita's engagement and most importantly the episodes laid the foundation of the story with Rishi's double sided character- one of a loving family man and another as a failed businessman, Just compare it to these episodes and you will see the difference. Love story is fine with me and so are these lovey dovey scenes but love story is a sub plot here. When crucial things like mortgage of the property and Hari's bail is there, I don't know why episodes after episodes are dedicated to a marriage reception.
The original theme of the show is the struggle of the Mathur family. There was a storm with Gajanand entering the scene as Sneha's father. What happened then ? I am dying here to know what kind of man was Rishi Mathur, why was he hated by Chaubeys, why is Dinesh so upset with Sneha and so on. I just want the makers to strike a proper balance with everything. The story should move ahead in every direction. The development of characters and relationship should mean every single soul in the show and not only the young leads.
