Khushi was little hesitant to talk to her own husband even over the phone. Whenever she thought about Arnavji, their mutual kiss flashed in her mind making her weak.

Arnav: Hello? Khushi? Are you there ?

Khushi: Yes. I am there. Woh. I called you because Nani was telling me earlier you were looking for your medicine box.

Arnav sat on the bed holding the pillow on his lap.

Arnav: You dont need an excuse to call me Khushi. You are my wife.

There was a silence for few seconds from both the ends. She breathed hard and replied to him.

Khushi: Another one month Arnavji. After that you will have Lavanyaji beside you to remind you where your stuff is.

Arnav didnt like her speaking all this.

Arnav: Khushi why are you saying all this? What is wrong with you?

Khushi: Nothing. I am just reminding you the future of our marriage which I guess you have started forgetting.

Arnav: Mujhe yaad hai. And I dont know what do you presume about my condition but I am equally disturbed just like you are. If you think after these 6 months, when you leave, I am going to replace you by Lavanya in this house as my Wife, then you have still not understood me Khushi. Its not easy for me. I was prepared for doing all this before, before we signed our marriage contract terms but now I am realising how difficult it would be for both of us to abide by those conditions. Its not just you who is affected, I am getting hurt too. If I choose you and not Lavanya, I will be Selfish in her eyes. And if I choose Lavanya , not you, I , I .. I might never be able to look in my eyes again.
