Roshni is standing in her balcony looking at the sky, thinking about the other night when Siddharth had told her that he loved her and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. On the other hand, she remembers her mother's words where she had strictly prohibited her to meet or talk to Siddharth.

Just at that moment Siddharth comes there and starts singing, he tells her that he will not leave her no matter what. He tells her that he loves her more than anything and would fight with every obstacle that will come in their way. He would take care of both their families and all he needed was her to be by his side in his every step.

Roshni starts crying and comes down stairs to meet him. She tells him that it is impossible to be together anymore since it will only give pain to their families. She asks him to forget her and move on his life and marry the girl that Simran had chosen for him. She turns to leave.

Siddharth runs after her to make her stop and listen to him. But just then a truck comes and hits him. Roshni turns to look and finds him on the ground covered with blood. She runs towards him, and he doesn't stop singing. He wipes the tears rolling down her cheeks and holds her hands to place it on his chest. He asks her not to leave him ever again. He becomes unconscious.

Roshni takes him to the hospital and he is taken to the operation theatre immediately. She calls up his family to inform them about the accident. She cries indefinitely looking at his unconscious body being operated and prays to God to make him alright. Simran arrives and blames Roshni for the accident, while trying to make her stop and with the added pressure of his son's life being in danger Mr. Khurana suffers from a heart attack.

Siddharth in his unconscious state dreams of Roshni being taken away from him. He tries to stop her but he is unable to do so. Everyone was against their love be it DD or Simran or Yash and others. He is so much beaten up physically that he could not stop them taking her away. When he finally gains strength, he runs to find her but her house was empty and she had left him forever.

When Siddharth gains consciousness, he realizes he was in coma for the past 2 years. He looks around and asks for Roshni. But he is told that she left him forever. He refuses to believe it and starts crying. Raj tries to console him but in vain. He tells his Dad that he could sense that Roshni was near him. On the other side we see that Roshni was wearing a nurse's uniform with a disguised look, and was looking through the glass window at Siddharth. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she yearned to touch him.

Roshni turns to leave, she had stayed behind these years waiting for him to get up. And now since he was awake it was time for her to leave the city, leave him forever as she had promised her mom. Siddharth in a trance state is taken to his home by his Dad.
It was a sad one, but the song is awesome. I would recommend everyone to listen to it once 😉 I hope people don't hate me for separating SidNi like this 😆
