vote from out side India

Hi everyone can any1 tell me how can we vote for our favourite outside india caz that sms thing doesnot work for us

people in India, UK, Dubai n Singapore can only vote . u can vote online but u need someone to buy the sify cards frm
India to get the password for voting.

dubai is a city in UAE, and everyone from UAE can vote.voting is also open to people in saudi arabia, oman and bahrain.

Thats sad so it means canadian & american people can't vote for our favourite person

I know Dubai is a city... i guess everyone on earth knows it. i wasnt aware that voting is open in every parts of UAE. i thought only Dubai had the advantage.
