Yeah I agree with you. I am not sure which direction the writers are headed with regards to the character of Arjun. My intrigue with Arjun's character in the initial episodes was due to the way he was shrouded in mystery, hidden motives, an irresistible charm and yet always bordered on the edges of darkness but never to be quite swimming in it. I was okay with him being in the grey zone because I expected them to unravel a humane side to him because of how beautifully they brought out his exterior shades. However, that initial charm and intrigue has taken way to unravel an extremely manipulative, obsessive and unaffected character. I cannot see how any future redemption can take away from all that he is doing and is going to do in the future. I am not one into rooting for a character that is turned completely dark and emotionally abusive and then later on is turned into a softie by the love of his life because that does not erase the past actions. His obsession with Sam is on a whole other level -- and since his hatred/motives for revenge started 15 years ago, that kind of obsession is on another level altogether. His guilt and remorse at least to me would only mean something if he can ponder over his actions and feel it on his own -- show that he has his own conscience. That is why I hope in the coming episodes, they show him having some sort of conscience and second-guessing his own actions.
Aham Sharma does do a good job portraying Arjun and I don't think his popularity will be affected. It just remains to be seen whether his character of Arjun (ironic) brings him more fans.

MMZ cv's are a bunch of confused soul's right now...what i think is that the revenge track and the other tracks are mixed with each other and they are serving us the Khichdi of all the tracks ...they should have handled each tracks separately .....
