Summer means dehydration, skin tanning, and exhaustion. Sun shines upon you so relentlessly that it's a pain to step out of the house.

We asked our favorite TV stars their plans to beat the heat this summer... And here is what they said:

Samridh Bawa: I drink lots of water and lime juice to keep myself hydrated. I wear cotton clothes, mostly light and white color-ed clothes when I am shooting outdoors. I also make sure to have Glucon D.

What is Glucon D and how does it help against the heat?

Peak summer. Fortunately, I live in a hill station and we had continuous rain the last three weeks. So we were lighting fires.

Oh yes it is. I have just read that there is heat waves across the north and over 100 people in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have been killed. As I stay in the South,we do not suffer much heat here as compared to the north plus it is rather cool here as now we are experiencing pre-monsoon showers😊
