^^^^ Right now, nobody else is willing to tour Pakistan, and they have w/ great difficulty managed to get Zimbabwe to agree to go there.

They also have an unenviable side - a majority of rookies and a few geezers (Younis, Misbah, Shoaib Malik, Afridi and Md Hafeez). A far cry from the legendary sides led by Imran, Miandad and even Wasim Akram. So right now, playing rookies is the right approach for them before they can dream of getting back to their 80s or 90s team.
