So Rishi is saying he is not surprised at BV failure?

This was the same guy who, at the start of his career, was embittered about the kind of flashy commercial cinema dished out by the likes of KJo. And then he not only makes up with him, but even casts him in his film.
That's what happens when people do an about-turn on their convictions.
That said, he can still bounce back provided he goes back to the kind of cinema he believes in.The saddest part of BV is that it was made by the same team (Vikas, Vikramaditya, Anurag) which gave us Queen and Lootera (correct me if I am wrong).
I think Ranbir is in deep trouble with this film. Besharam, Roy and now an average performance in BV. For a future 'superstar', it's a sad day when his best work in 3 years is his 30-second appearance in PK. Anushka will be fine I think, she just had PK and NH10, and there is DDD coming up; Anurag can still bounce back; but Ranbir is fast losing his sheen.

The problem with this guy is that he speaks too much. He has such a big mouth. It'd be wise if he just kept quiet and returned with another movie.

Really cool of him to come out and stand by the film and thank his cast n crew!
