Probably. 😆Ranbir did say Rishi love the film when he saw it but who knows.

This was the same guy who, at the start of his career, was embittered about the kind of flashy commercial cinema dished out by the likes of KJo. And then he not only makes up with him, but even casts him in his film.
That's what happens when people do an about-turn on their convictions.
That said, he can still bounce back provided he goes back to the kind of cinema he believes in.The saddest part of BV is that it was made by the same team (Vikas, Vikramaditya, Anurag) which gave us Queen and Lootera (correct me if I am wrong).
I think Ranbir is in deep trouble with this film. Besharam, Roy and now an average performance in BV. For a future 'superstar', it's a sad day when his best work in 3 years is his 30-second appearance in PK. Anushka will be fine I think, she just had PK and NH10, and there is DDD coming up; Anurag can still bounce back; but Ranbir is fast losing his sheen.

that was very well written, i almost want to hug him!

very rarely do we see such posts! it's even sadder cos bv was his baby just like dbb was dibakar's baby [wondering if they had casted seniors in it then the result wud have been different ]

i feel sad for the crew also!

i'm glad he didn't pull a saif or sid anand[was half-expecting cos his films cater to a niche public]👍🏼

hope he keeps on making outofthebox films

waiting for vik motwane's next [hopefully wid veer]

The problem with this guy is that he speaks too much. He has such a big mouth. It'd be wise if he just kept quiet and returned with another movie.

Really cool of him to come out and stand by the film and thank his cast n crew!

I think he is actually jus misunderstood coz even during the promotions Ranbir/Anushka/KJo all praised him n said that everyone on the filmset loved him.

In the very first promotional interview when someone asked Anushka if this movie will make a hatrick for her - she said hopefully n that we'll see if ppl like it on May 15th. But this wasn't her reaction for PK and NH10, she was sure those films wud do well. I guess everyone involved knew this movie is a huge risk n cud go either way.

That was a good one...

I hope he keeps doing good movies... and learns from BV and may the next movies be really good... I have liked so many of his movies... BV will not make me write him off as a director...

Should probably start filling out job applications

There's an upland kabab and Italian restaurant in California . He wants to go to Hollywood so bad . Take a job as a cook there . He certainly has the looks for it 😆 😆
