this man is still there because of people around him helping him ( kjo, yrf, guneet) else he was gone long time back .. he is talented but doesn't know how to sell it which I think it's his responsibility too
that's y I said good decision coz india is not fr him if he doesn't want to be a part of whole movie business structure
but his work speaks for him... movies like Gangs of Wasseypur are not about how well you sell them...its about how good it is... over promoting a film doesnt help it much... Infact low budget movies work best if they are promoted less and word of mouth spreads...look at Queen...it worked because of its content despite low budget... I still think its just a phase for him...The kind of movies he makes, are mostly on backdrop of Indian villages... it wont be easy for him to make movies on backdrop of Europe...there is a huge cultural difference... their movies are very different, whether its romantic, action or dark movies... He will probably go there, make a film or two...and den come back to India in 3-4years of time...maybe even earlier than that! Nonetheless, my best wishes to him in either case whether he moves permanently or not😳
