Since no one seems to know Ritika's carrying who's baby or whether she is carrying a baby or not so as per the convenience of the cvs it is best to announce that Ritika is carryign Shikhar's baby as that would make it easy for Ishaani to stop drooling over Shikhar and get back to Ranveer.
