So from promo and spoilers it is clear that it will be

Dr. Dhruv Singhania who will save Anju's life

It seems he will manage to impress Anju and

Anju will find him as a potential groom for Sanyukta

Dhruv is a positive person and

I don't think he will have any issue with an engineer wife.

I am sure he also have all the qualities that an ideal husband should have

On the other hand Sanyukta is not confident about her relationship with Randhir

In this scenario should she accept Dhruv's marriage proposal?

I think she should because her only criteria for good husband is

A person who respects her dreams

According to her Randhir does not value her dreams

If this guy fulfills this criteria then

Sanyukta should not have any problem to accept him as her life partner
