Yes! Some times..people are forced to be soft when they are incompetent.....but when we see modest people who are very...successful....and wise...we feel...Softness adds beauty to competency and Softness is the mask of incompetent people😊....the intelligence ..wisdom of any person lies in idenfiying... a real soft person....thinking all soft persons are incompetent is foolishness😊

I got the job but the incident had me thinking...subsequently on many occasions I have consciously tried to project myself as an assertive person...
Yes...softness can be misconstrued...
But again in my work experience so far...being soft and polite works way way better than being aggressive... 😊

After my post graduation..when I was selected in the College as Lecturer....the first thing my Principal asked me .is. not to be soft with the students...she said student may take lineance ....I wondered if I can manage to be harsh with students...I could'nt be harsh..because...I strongly..feel that while delivering a lecture...being harsh with the students..only irritates them...being soft helps the students to hear the complex concepts also interestingly..I personally hate harsh,freeting and frowning Professors....So I don't like that harsh style..whereas my HOD is a harsh lady and she hates students being so close with me and the part she hates is her students..coming to me for the dounts regarding the subject😊...at the same time I've seen some lecturers..who are not so good in subject ..try to be soft with the students.....that's the case of incompetency..😛.....THE Suggestion I get from Principal is don't be so soft with the students...😊...but I nvmd😉
In the Office....at a one to one meeting with the MD....she asked me to be more aggressive...I don'nt why the hell do I need to be aggressive ..when I don't work in a ZOO...

Boss! I work in an MNC now.from Mon to fri..and take lectures in College on saturdays 😊..both the places the the bosses are ladies😛..the MD and the Principal😊..earlier I was a fulltime Physics lecturer😊
