I don't think so. There were much much much better performances that year. I think the ones in red were robbed.

I think Kajol deserved it for Fanaa. I loved her character in that movie. K3G she was too over the top. DDLJ she was okayish. MNIK, SRK stole the show. I liked her in KKHH too, but Manisha was slightly better.

I think I'd pick SRK over Sanjay. SRK was exceptional in Baazigar compared to Sanjay's Khalnayak.

Ajay Devgan is a superb actor and he gets less credit than deserved. He's a phenomenal actor. But Vivek and SRK were better choices than Ajay for Company.

I don't remember Kamal Hassan's movie, but Anil Kapoor had an amazing performance in Virasaat.

Shahrukh was amazing in MNIK, but Hrithik was just so much better in Guzaarish. Hrithik should have won.

Shahrukh was better in Swades than Abhishek in Guru.

Awards have long lost their credibility. I'm a SRK fan, but I do not think he deserved all the awards he received. Some actors gave much more amazing performances. But its a lot more about star power.

Kajol is a very good actress. Unfortuntely I think all her filmfares were undeserving. Especially the year she got it for K3G over Tabu's Chandni Bar 😒

For Srk, he definitely deserved it for CDK, Swades and MNIK. However, there are many years when there were much more deserving candidates

Kajol deserves it for Fanna and KKHH but not for the rest. The others gived a better performances than her from who you mentioned.

SRK for Devdas and Chak De India as well as Baazigar are well deserved in my opinion.

Hrithik deserved for Lakshya and Guzarish, atleast the best actor critics choice, if not popular.

Bebo deserved for omkara.

and i cannot believe that SRK won for the glycerin ki dukaan KKHH instead of Ajay for zakhm, till date i kept thinking Ajay won for Zakhm.😲 He was mindblogging in the film.

I think Kajol deserved it for all these movies. She was absolutely brilliant in each one of them. I know Tabu and Urmila were amazing in their respective movies. However Kajol was equally good if not more.

SRK didnt deserved it for MNIK. I think Salman deserved it for dabbang. Just because dabbang was a masala movie doesnt mean he wasn't good. According to me he did amazing job as chulbul pandey. Ajay deserved it for Zakhm and Company more.

But I think SRK deserved it for the rest. He was mind blowing in chak de india, swades, and baazigar

I say yes for Fanaa and DDLJ. But not against Mannish Koirala and Tabu for Chandni Baar and Dil Se. A few words for Kajol and her work. Acting isn't always about doing all different kinds of roles well sometimes doing an ordinary role and leaving an extraordinary impact with it is also as difficult of a task. For an example, Amitabh Bachan's role in comparison to Rani Mukherjee was very ordinary in Black but he managed to leave an extraordinary impact despite having relatively less to do. He made his presence felt. I feel Kajol does that in all her movies. That pathos in eyes, to her dialogue delivery, she just ensures her presence is felt completely.
