i was thinking that maybe ridhima is the daughter of the head nurse that rid's father is really close to. The father really cares for her and rid's is "adopted" so maybe he had an affair with the head nurse and had rid's so ya it could be possible that the head nurse is rid's mom..

^Yes many people have been speculating that and it may also be true. The way how the head nurse, Padma is overlooking at Riddz and not Angie or any of the other interns, she might have something to do with Riddz.
