Episode was Nominal, another of the 2 minute war's fought by Jalal was shown. I prefer seeing Jalal in war, but I wish the wars were better shown. I somehow found the 'forgiving' and 'brother' sequence a little OTT, in a time where Kings were always thirst for one and others blood. I just wished JA CV's learnt the art of portraying believable wars.

Oh god, the Agra harem is just a place of taunts and tears now. Jodha is being run over, by everyone's snide remarks. There seems to be no progress in the situation, it's just getting a little too repetitive.

Well in the Precap Jodha says 'She will not let the War happen', she never mentions changing her religion. I hope there is something behind that ambiguous manner in which she is getting her Ammijaan to eat. Hoping for the best. :)

P.S Was it only me, or did Rajat look much better than usual in today's episode? :p

I found the scene where Jalal gives the sword to the defeated king and asks him to pierce it thru his heart too theatrical!! 😆 I cannot believe that this war coming on the heels of hundreds of wars fought by Akbar since his childhood is being treated in such a corny way with everyone behaving as if it is their first war and they are so ideally anti-war but fighting for principles (Jalal's POV) or zid (HB's POV).

Abhay, the speech was fine but can such a short speech change a die-hard jihadi to Jalal's side?

So Jalal is now sending a notice to the Shah-i-Iran to back off or face the music. Why doesn't he send this news home asap so that HB can break her fast and Jodha can heave a sigh of relief from her moral dilemma once more?

Jalal may be good at winning wars but he has a long way to go before he learns how to handle kids with sensitivity. The way he announced off-the-cuff that Salim would be the S-i-S and thank-you-Murad-for-holding-the-post-till-then, it was shocking!! 😲

Hasn't he learnt anything from the experience when he made Murad the S-i-S and left Salim hanging at the altar? How can such a smart king repeat his folly all too soon?

He didn't even realize his mistake seeing Murad and Daniyal's crestfallen faces. Salim did notice but surprisingly kept quiet. Anar, it seems, had taken precedence over sibling love, and he was happy quietly contemplating making her the queen soon.

It was now the turn of Murad to feel like a puppet in the hands of Jalal. This drama hasn't ended yet. Right now, MS has his hands full with the 3 rival princes in his charge. Surely, when they return to Agra, Jalal will be forced to assign different kingdoms to them.

Hated the rest of the episode. How much repetition is too much? Sick of watching Hamida refusing to eat, Ruq mocking Jodha, GB censuring Jodha, and generally an atmosphere of gloom in the palace. No Aram Banu also to relieve the monotony.

Has Jodha learnt nothing from her past either??? Why does she go around giving contradictory vachans to everyone and make her life and our lives more miserable.? Feel like telling her the Aesop's fable of a man, his son and the donkey in which the moral is that you can't please all the people all the time.

Btw, Jalal must have been gone for weeks. How is HB able to survive without food for so long? Must be a new Guinness World Record. 👏

PS: Q of the day by my son: Who is more powerful - HB or Jodha? Any answers??

Answer to your son: everyone else other than Jodha is powerful..She only has the titles for namesake...

Hello soul sister,

Wonderful post and yes this track is a long one and am sure we have not seen the end of Jodha's woes yet. It is like the whole Agra against her and soon her only hope also would be taken and she would have to look for strength from herself and her God to help her in these peril times.

I know we all want a Jodha who would stand up and deal with everyone based on her 'powers' or 'authority' or 'position' but come to think of it that is exactly what all the others are doing and that is exactly what Ruky would have done had she been the MUZ and all these powers where at her disposable to use; if she was in Jodha's position all them would have run out of Agra by now.

To me this is what differential Jodha from all of the inhabitants of Agra. Relation matters to her, family matters to her, people matter to her than anything else and this is a qualities many lack.
Jodha is selfless and have a humble heart and her love for this family is very strong though they keep treating her as an outsider.

Am seeing Jodha in a humility state as she deals with all thess challenges and her respect as risen the more in my eyes.

The other side of us sometimes what to pay back in the same coin but when your teach your heart the language of love it comes easy to go through any situation in live.

Hopefully the writers will end this track well and give Jodha something good out of all the troubles she has gone through at the hands of everyone especially those she loves the most.
