Prologue

We all remember our first love. The first time is dreamy. It is far from reality.

Then we have inevitably had our hearts broken for the first time. Once you get your heart broken, you are skeptical. You get into a bubble where you don't feel like going out, want to stay as isolated as possible, from anyone.

Then a person comes, and you let yourself be vulnerable again. But this time, it is mature and you grow a little more, as a person.

What is it like to fall in love again?

"Uh-oh! This is so complicated. Why is this love so complicated? Abhinita this is why daddy always says, It's complicated' when you ask him about love and mom." A cheerful girl, Abhinita, 5 years of age was lying stomach side down on her bed. She had borrowed her daddy's laptop for an important assignment.

She removed a picture from a secret place in her room and looked at it. "Mom... daddy misses you, he thinks I don't see his tears because he cries only after I go to sleep but I know he does when he thinks of you looking at the stars. Mom, I know you can't come back but send someone for daddy na... I promise I will be good to her and love her like I love you. Daddy gives me your share of love too and I want him to have his share of love. Shh... Mom this is a secret don't tell daddy when you meet him. Wo kya hai na I am my daddy's girl na so he does not know that I have your picture and I talk to you too else he will be J. Mom please send someone for daddy na..." Abhinita kissed her mother's photo and kept it back in its secret place.

A pure heart, an untainted soul of a child asks happiness for her father and a woman who will bring it in his life. God listens to the purest hearts and grants them their wish. Abhinita wants happiness for one person her father but will end up bringing happiness in three other lives too.

Character Sketch

Abhinita:

A bubbly 5 year old who lives with her father. She longs for a life partner for her father more than she longs for a mother. Her father lovingly calls her a chalta phirta marriage bureau for him'.

Dr. Siddhant:

A heart specialist, who has solutions for everyone's heart troubles but can't mend his own broken heart. He was once a laid back and cheerful young lad has now transformed into a brooding guy. This brooding guy wears the mask of the once laid back Siddhant in front of all. He smiles for others but never for himself.

Dr. Shilpa:

A bubbly 25 year old pediatrician who lives in Panchgani. She had a lot of love in her to give but not the strength to receive it. She fell in love for the first time but got her heart shattered into a million pieces. Is her broken heart never to be mended?

Dr. Armaan:

Cool attitude and handsome to look at. Broken heart hid inside his muscular chest, tears hidden behind the excuse aankh mein kuch chala gaya' and a smile that is contagious. He like a nomad moves from city to city to get away from the one place he lost it all. Every girl who crosses paths with him falls for him but he waits for only that one special girl whom he had but lost her once again.

Dr. Riddhima:

A shy and beautiful young woman, who is like her role model and father a doctor at Mumbai's prestigious Sanjeevani Hosptial. A lot of ups and downs in her life changed her from the inside. Her shyness is replace by strictness, her beauty longs for its admirer, she yearns for the man who loved her the most and she could not do justice to his love.
