Part 1
Her senses heighten as she took the mike in her hand no matter how many times she stood on the stage it always gave her the same thrill and excitement. The adrenalin was now pumping in every core of her body…. As the beat flowed through her body she opened her eyes to see the crowd as they chanted at her making her feel high their was nothing like a live performance…… Her heart was beating in her ears as she moved her hand up and commanded the crowd she let out a breath….
"Great show!" She looked at her manager Ayush and nodded as the make up girl removed her make up.
"Yes I know! This is what I'm born to do!" a smile spread across her face… four years of hard work and determination got her where she is today. India's first diva who was a major success in Europe in the club scene and now it was time to break into the Indian scene … the foreign lands had welcomed her and the UK always told her she was there own…London was her second home…. Now the Hollywood and Bollywood offers for her to do films were now knocking on the door.
"Ayush this was the last road show right…. I need to work on my next album is the studio booked?"
"Yeah…that next week!" she looked at him annoyed and shook her head as she looked into the mirror …he had to be told every little detail.
"Next week!… No change it for tomorrow!" Ayush looked at her …she had changed so much and her temperament and arrogant were now all he ever faced.
"Kaya marriage is this week and…"
"OH! Right! That slipped my mind…" she looked at herself in the mirror again and smiled remembering…
"Oh by the way….Mac sent the replacement!"
"OK bring him in?" she waved her hand at the makeup artist to leave the small room.
Gauri looked at him in his military uniform and shook her head as she looked at him.
"An other soldier?" she rolled her eyes and looked at Ayush.
"Excuse me?" he looked at her as she looked him up and down feelin very uncomfortable.
"OK Rules! Cadet…. 1 I run the show and it my way or the highway. 2 No questions and what I say is final…" he looked at her as she rambled on about what she expected like a general in charge. Mac had told her she can be hot to handle at times but the package need protecting and this was what he need right now …a job since leaving the force…He looked at her she was ravishing beautiful and more so with no makeup and this was going to be interesting……
"Hey! Cadet?" he looked at her as she clicked her fingers at him.
"This uniform must go! My fans hate the army-police look unless I'm wearing it!…" he looked at her as she laugh.
"Ayush will sort you out!.. Ayush get him looking presentable PLEEASSE…"
"I'm sorry she's not normal like that?" Shiv looked at him. He looked liked tired and need reset. His short hair and designer clothes made him look every important as his gold and diamond chains and rings sparkled as they walked.
"Mac has explained everything… Look just tell me where my room is I will get in surveillance mode…" Ayush looked at him he was completely different from the other guy very serious and a mean dont mess with me look, he good very athletic and talked only when spoken too.. Ayush sensed trouble time ahead with the new bodyguard.
She looked at him as he stood next to her …actually he was very handsome and in the uniform he looked very dashing….but in his black suite he looked very charming but he had a look on his face as he scanned the hall way before they moved.
"Can we go??? Are you waiting for a bomb to go off?" he looked at her as she rolled her eyes at him and began to walk down the hallway as they all followed her… Ayush and two other guards
"These people take this stuff to seriously… man if I die it would not be bad thing at least I will live on in my music…Ayush I seriously do not understand why I need a bodyguard? The other guy was a waste of time!"
Shiv looked at her as she spoke about him as he was not there at all. As they approached the exit as he pushed open the door he was surprised to see such a large crowd all screaming at her as they moved towards her.. and the lights of the flashing cameras went off around them…. He took hold of her from the waist and moved her through the crowd towards the black limo….
"Can I have an autograph?" She looked at the small child and stopped.
Shiv frowned at her and pulled her but she just ignored him totally giving him a disapproving look.
"Here you go sweetie!" Gauri patted her on the head and looked angrily over at Shiv.
"Never ever do that again?" he looked at her angrily as he got her into the limo.
"Oye Cadet! If it was not for those fans I would not have been able to pay for your services …so show some respect this is not the Gulf war!" He looked at her as she sighed and looked the other way.
Shiv stared at the mansions as they drove to see the police surrounding the building.
"What is going on?" She opened the door..but Shiv pulled it shut and looked at her.
"Driver pull up in the drive!" Gauri looked at him as he shouted.
"Stay here do not get out until I say so?" he commanded firmly giving her a stern look.
"How dare you speak to me like!!…" Gauri got out of the car and looked at her Mansion and walked towards the officer.
"Officer what's going on?" she asked looking at the officer.
"You have had a breaking?" he informed her as he looked at her.
"What? OK where's my dog? And house keeping?" she looked at the mansion and saw blood on the drive.
"All dead madam?"
"WHAT?" Shocked and confused she look at Ayush and Shiv.
Shiv looked at her as she cried in the hotel exclusive penthouse and Ayush handed her another tissue as she sobbed
"Gauri are you going to take this seriously now?…Someone wants to kill you! That why I wanted someone who knew what he was doing to guard you as Nitesh was just goofing around letting anyone to meet you… I arranged for Mac to get a professional ex arm guy who knew what he was doing…. Plus Nitesh was taking the piss get autography and selling merchandise on ebay to make extra money…. Shiv is here to help…" Ayush looked at Shiv.
"Listen Cadet do what every Mac said you're the best …Protect her and see she is not harmed!" Shiv nodded as he watched him leave the room. She turned to look at him as he stood near the door not saying anything lifeless. With his arms behind his back like a solider in a parade as if he was awaiting her command. She got up and approached him and looked at him wiping her tears.
"So Cadet where to you keep it?" he looked at her as her eyes displayed some mischief…suddenly he felt her hands on his chest slowly making her way down toward his trousers…Never had a woman touched him so gently and he looked at her as she leaned forward moving her hands around his back under his blazer…
"Here it is!" he looked at her as she pulled out the metal piece.
"Wow it's a big one!" she looked at him as she stepped back holding the metal device. He took the gun out of her hand and placed it back in the holster as she looked at him.
"You now what there say about a man with a big firearm right?" She giggled looking at him.. "Where the second piece?" as she looked down at his trousers he knew what was going to happen.
"Left foot… Do you want to see my knife too" she looked at him as he mocked her with his voice. She leaned forwards and looked at him only inches apart.
"You're going to be so much fun!… Now be a good solider and order me dinner… while I have a shower!" she whispered in his ear…..He looked at her as she walked towards the bathroom.
"I don't order food!… That's not one of my duties!"
"Really?… Oh…. I remember you're my body guard right…why don't you come into the shower and protect me from the hot …hot…steamy…sensual soap bubbles" She looked at him as he blushed and giggled.
"Now be a good soldier and order me some food… My body needs protecting from hunger" she smiled as she closed the door behind her…..
"So you fasting?" he looked at her in the white hotel robe …with her wrapped in a towel she walked around bare footed towards the table…as she picked up a plate from the table and poured the food.
"Fasting?" he moved closer to her from the window as he drew the curtains.
"Not eating?" he looked at her as she handed him a plate full of food and looked at her.
"I'm not hunger!" he looked at her as she smiled at him.
"Eat your going to need your strength to protect me!" she winked at him as she walked over towards the small dinning table and sat down.
"So Cadet what you do for fun?" She looked at him as he sat next to her to eat.
"Fun?" he looked at her as she placed the glass of water to her lips as her eyes danced with him as she looked at him.
"Cadet you lived a sheltered life? I can tell!!…. Mac told me about you a little… you have no family and only know army life!" he looked at her curiously as she spoken to him so softly and she looked at him.
"My name is Major Shiv !"
"Shiv!… I like Cadet it suits you!" she smiled as she looked at him.
"You know my name right?" she laugh as she got up from the table.
"I'm the famous female artist Gauri Verma…. Who someone wants to kill?" he looked at her as she smiled at him.
"You know I want a grand funeral and no tears… I told baba and Ayush…" He watched her giggling and putting on the TV in the penthouse… She sat on the coach and watch the tv.. as she flicked the channel and stopped at her song on the TV which she performed at the live show.
"Man I knew the lighting were all wrong… I look fat!" he looked at her as she shook her head at the TV.
She was something completely different ..her life is in danger and she worried about looking fat and joking about the whole thing.. Was she not scared of death? Or is she scared and not letting on? Strange creature he looked at her …. there was a knock on the door.
He looked over at the room service manager as he looked at Gauri and did not like it at all.
"Man your lucky!" Shiv looked at him as he stared at her as she watched TV.
"Gauri is the most sexiest woman in the world in fact GQ voted her 10th… Man to be a fly on the wall in the bedroom!"
"Shut up! And do you're job!" He looked at him in disgust and opened the penthouse door to watch him leave.
"Sexiest Woman!???" he looked at her giggling at him standing up while she switch the TV off.
"All thanks to Nikhila! I never had a clue about fashion until she worked her magic!" He looked at her as she approached him and stopped.
"So tell me am I Sexy?" her eyes teased him again and she approached him slowly like a cat.
"Well?" she asked looking at him as he frowned at her.
"Well What?" he looked at her with his arms behind him
"Now Cadet you're avoiding the question!" she loved toying with him as his eyes displayed an uncertainty.
"To me you're a package which I'm protecting…nothing more"
"A package?" She looked at him surprised and smiled as she moved closer to him.
"Do you want to unpack the goods!" he looked at her so close to him and she moved closer just inches apart again…suddenly she leaned back giggling.
"Good night Cadet!" she leaned forward and kissed him on the cheek …. He looked at her as she walked towards the bedroom.
"You coming!" he raised his eyebrow and looked at her as she held the door open and looked at him.

He opened his eyes and looked at the bedroom door sensing trouble…. He opened the door looked around the room to find she was not there at all. He walked to the bathroom "What the hell?"
He walked down the stairs as he was informed by the hotel clerk she was down stairs…he heard a piano playing in the Hotel Restaurant and saw the hotel staff all enjoying her playing the music.. as she played. She had a calm and pleasant look on her face an her long fingers ran down the ivory keys on the black giant piano…She was still dressed in the hotel robe and her hair feel down on her shoulders…moving gentle in the air conditioned room…She looked alike she was in a different world as she sang with her eyes closed ……

"I still can't sing it like Mariah uff…now cadet 3hours and 39mins!… I'm disappointed as I could have been killed in this hotel because you're snoozed on the job!" She got up and made her way to the bar bare footed leaving him seething with anger as he made his way towards her.
"Vodka on the rocks! … Make it a double!" she turned to look at him as he stood there ready for her to command him again with that same frown on his face.
"The drinks on me!" She turned to see a man in a white suit smile at her.
Shiv did not like the way she was acting as she sat down next to the stranger at the end of the bar. He moved on closer and stood close by her with his arms behind his back.
"Thank you!" she looked at the strange man and back at Shiv and smiled wickedly.
"I normally don't drink bad for my voice but… I'm feeling a little uneasy without my rocky!" Shiv looked at her as she placed the glass to his lips and stared into space. Her eyes looked so different or could it be the drink? He thought moving closer.
"You know he was my best friend …always happy to see me and had the beautiful brown eyes I ever did see" the stranger smiled as he moved closer to her…making Shiv feel uneasy as he watched.
"I think you have beautiful eyes …Gauri!" she looked at him and giggled.
"Everyone knows my name…." Shiv could tell she had been drinking for a while.
"I'm Jatin!" She looked at him as he extended his hand and looked over at Shiv who stood there as a piece of the furniture…no fun what so ever she looked back at the handsome brown haired fellow.
Shiv stared at them for an hour now he was flirting with her and getting her more drinks and she was not drinking at all she only had two drinks from him and was just playing the game with him.
"So shall we go to my room!" Gauri looked at him and smiled as her finger circled the top of the glass.
"You're room? To do what?" Shiv looked at him as he whispered in her ear as she blushed and looked at him giggling.
"Would he mind?!" Gauri looked at Shiv and smiled at Jatin looking at Shiv.
"Nah the cadet would not mind at all…. would you!" Shiv looked at them knowing what they were talking about.
"Come on!" Jatin held his hand out getting up …before she placed her hand in his hand Shiv took hold of her. She looked at him curiously and then back at Jatin smiling.
"I think you have had enough excitement for one evening!" He looked at her firmly and she placed her hand on his cheek and smiled.
"Sorry Jatin sweetie …. See he is my body guard and is protecting me from myself… but I think he will need protection from me later!" Shiv looked at her as she giggled as he lead her into the hotel lobby.
"I'm tired Cadet…Carry me!" He looked at her and knew there was no point arguing with her in such a state.. as he picked her up in his arms.
He stood holding her in the lift as she rested her head on his shoulder.
"Cadet why would someone want me dead?" he looked at her as she stared into his eyes.
"No one will harm you!" he said firmly as he looked at the numbers 11 /12 …they were on the 24th floor. He looked at her now asleep in his arms…..
He placed her on the bed and cover her with a blanket as he was about to leave he felt her hand on his arms and he looked to see her.
"Please don't leave me!" her eyes displayed such fear, which he had encountered before so many times on the battle field with the young new cadets.
"I'm there on the sofa!" he pointed at the large sofa in the bedroom. As he was about to leave he felt her pull him back.
"Get in the bed!" he looked at her as she commanded him but he shook his head.
"You scared of me?" he turned to look at her and let out a sigh and got in the bed. She was drunk as soon as she dosed of he would get up and retire on the sofa in the bedroom.
He looked at her asleep as she held onto him…feeling very uncomfortable he gentle placed his hand on her shoulder feeling uneasy… and closed his eyes.
He opened his eyes to see her looking at him as the sun seeped into the room from the drawn curtains…he looked at her locked in his arms and could fell the warmth from her body….never had he had such a pleasant nights sleep especially with someone else …she leaned forward and kissed him… He had never been kissed before and never been so close to a woman before as he felt her warm lips on his ..unsure of what was happening he pushed her away and looked at her.
"You have never been kissed? Have you?" she looked at him and smiled as she placed her fingers on his lips. He closed his eyes as he felt her finger unbutton his shirt and her lips on his bare chest kissing him so gentle as she made her way slowly up to his neck as she gentle pulled the shirt of his shoulder revealing his strong broad shoulders. Moving her hands slowly down his chest feeling his tone masculine body… he was so fit and she wonder why had taken her so long to kiss him in fact he was so eatable in his uniform. He shivered under her spell as she had stirred feelings he had never ever felt before he knew new these emotions.
"Please stop!" he whispered as she kissed his neck and looked at him.
"I don't think I can stop now…Cadet you don't want me to stop…." Feeling her lips once more he pulled her close to him…feeling her passion, which was arousing his scense making him his heart raced…ever on the battle field did he ever face this ….Now he desire within him wanted her passion…. He moved his hands gentle on her hips and moved her closure to him….. Feeling a shiver and never kissed such passionate lips before she moved her fingers though his black locks…. as she released him,… he opened his eyes and he quickly released her and sat up in the bed panting…
"I'm here just to protect you …not as your play thing!" Gauri looked at him angrily as he storm off out of the bedroom slamming the door behind him….
"Fine Cadet… You yourself will come to me!" she smiled wickedly as she got out of the bed…
"Mac I can't do this? She so…." He held the mobile to his ear gripping it angrily.. as he stood outside in the balcony looking at the morning sun. He blamed himself for getting so close to the package and her for stirring such feeling with in him.
"Shiv Yaar… She just messing with you as you're new to the job… I wish she was over me in a rash…."
" Mac stop it yaar get someone else I'm going to loose my rag with her"
"Look Shiv I need you on this case… it needs your touch… I get back to you with my list via email….oh by the way I got your list of supplies will send….Good luck and control that temper it what got you kicked of the force…"
"Im trying Mac believe me ….I call you later" he clenched the mobile and took in a deep breath and looked at the sun rising… get your head in the game major or you're will loose the package… lets try a different approach with her….
Shiv looked at her as she walked out dressed in a pink lengha.
"Did Ayush tell you?… My little sisters getting married and we going there NOW!" he looked at her as she walked past him towards the door and stood there awaiting for him……
"You coming or do you need an invitation!" He looked at her as she spoke to her with such a sarcastic voice looking at the door. What is wrong with her hot and cold?
He looked at her as she looked at the door as he looked at her…Looking gorgeous in pink all morning she had ignored him and she was in the bedroom with the music blaring as he sorted out the car and hotel…As Ayush had called him that morning advising him of the day schedule…. As he opened the door and looked out side for the all clear before she stepped out.
"I know the drill Nitesh and I have been through it a thousand time… you do your job and lets get one thing straight… I pay for your services and you are not to touch me without my permission are we clear… were going to see my family so no commando style behaviour this is my family… Have I made myself clear…" He looked at her and nodded.
"Look I'm here because someone wants you dead… Mac hired me as your bodyguard and not as your body warmer… I here to do a job and nothing more" he opened the limo door and let her in.
She looked at him a looked away smiling I like him his a wild one like me… Body warmer I wish…but I always get what I want… touch she though looking at him and smiling as he stared at the driver frowning.
"Good I like a man with principles and not scared to speak his mind… By the way you still packing right?" he looked at her giggling and smiled.
"I want you to wear this!" she looked at him curiously as she took hold of the watch in her hand.
"Awwe sweet a gift?" she turned towards him and hugged him.
"Actually it's a tracking device!" he looked at her as she released him as he blushed.
"You went AWOL last night this way I know where you are!" he looked at her as the smile disappeared from her lips.
"Oh! Army gadget how nice!" she handed him her wrist as he placed it on her while he looked at her stare out the tinted limo window……not happy…..
He watched with her family all afternoon she was like a different person and he looked at the men at one side of the room all staring at her and the woman at the other side doing the same thing.
"You must be the new bodyguard!" he turned to see an elderly man look at him and nodded.
"Alok Verma… Gauri's father!" Shiv reached out and shook his hand and went back at looking at Gauri.
"Major Shiv Khanna Sir"
"Military man … good know I know my girl is safe in the hands of the countries finest trained professional.." Shiv smiled as he looked at him.
"Thank you sir! … can I ask you something?" Shiv looked back at Gauri as she moved towards Kaaya.
"Feel free to speak!" Shiv nodded as he looked at Gauri.
"Who would want your daughter dead Sir?"
"What? Are you saying is someone after Gauri?" Shiv looked at him as he looked totally confused and shocked by the news and very upset…..
"Do you have any brain cells? In that head of yours?? Does the army not teach you confidentially and stuff??…" Shiv looked over at her as she looked total pissed at him.
"My father is a heart patient knows nothing in fact neither of them know?… I just calmed them down with a half-baked story as you got your wires crossed with another case or something… Now I want you to say the same as Baba is not believing a word I'm saying and wants you to tell him…." Shiv looked at her angrily.
"I did not …"
"Yes you did not think… if this get out to the media and public my career is over… you have no idea what its like to work for four years to get where I am… my image and rep states I'm a fun loving woman … not a woman with a killer after her…. Cadet you understand… Now go in there and tell me you are talking about another assignment …" He looked at her as she glared at him…..
Shiv looked at her as she avoided him all evening in the hotel room… as she closed the bedroom door shut.
He opened up the laptop and looked at the files Mac had sent… 25 suspects all with good reason to kill her… but which one had the motive to do it???
"Oye Cadet!" he looked at her all glammed up ready to go out.
"I'm going to the Club!" He looked over at the clock and shook his head.
"Nothing has been arranged and…"
"What? Look you coming or do I go myself!" he looked at her as she made her way to the door.
"I have said nothing been arrange the drivers home and…" he walked towards her.
"What? You sent the driver home… why he leaves at 11pm and it only 8pm.."
"I thought we didn't…" he looked at her as she turned to face him.
"Right this is enough…" she threw her hands in the arm and approached him.
"What the hell is your problem?…" she faced him angrily.
"I don't have a problem but someone want you dead remember!" her eyes narrowed and she stepped closure to him.
"Look people die in cars, planes and in there homes someone want to kill me and so what?… I want to died happy and enjoying myself and this person is not going to stop me having a life you understand!.. I'm not going to look myself up scared to live my life!" he looked at her as the tears ran down her face.
"Now I'm going to the club if you're coming fine and if you not then pack your bags and leave …as I don't want your services…" as she walked away she stopped as she felt his hand on her wrist she turned to look at him.
"I know what you're going through but your not alone in this war I'm here to protect. It's ok to be scared…All soldiers are scare of the death but we have to face this together…" she took hold of him and sobbed in his arms as he held her unsure of what to do.
He closed the bedroom door and looked at her asleep in the bed she had been crying most of the night and fell asleep in his arms on the sofa. As he approached the large sofa and sat down… he gentle placed his gun under the pillow near him and closed his eyes…
He woke up in the bed and looked at her as she held on to him so close fast asleep. Everything about her was beautiful… her sweet scent when she walked past him and he was kind of understanding why she acted the way she did with everyone… Everyone expected her to take control of the situation when she walked into the room as they all admired her and she put on the mask and acted for them and did what was required… but deep down inside she was a human being… scared, frightened and wanting what everyone else wants end to there lone ness… Unsure how he got into the bed he looked at her as she lay her head on his chest and held him for dear life so tight… looking at the clock it was 7am and he need to get things ready for the day…but if he moved she would wake up and looked at her fast asleep….
She opened her eyes and looked at him as he stared at her.
"I'm sorry?" he looked as she got up in bed.
"You were having a nightmare and I got you on the bed…"
"It's Ok! I remember.." she looked at him as he got out of the bed.
"Cadet I'm sorry if I was rude and obnoxious!" He looked at her as she looked down at her hand avoiding eyes contact and smiled at her.
"You have to behave like a spoilt princess" she smiled as she watched him leave the room.

He looked at her as she ate breakfast there was something different about her or was he seeing her differently after spending the last two days with her.
"So what is the schedule today?"
"I want to go home!" he looked at her as she said home.
"Have the police got what they need I want to sleep in my own bed and feel secure here I feel like a bird trapped in a cage…" He looked at her as she got up from the table and walked over towards the window.
He was feeling so nervous and did not let her out her sight… with Mac help with the security for the wedding was very tight guards posted all over the place and Mac made sure no press and unwanted visitors arrived…..
"Gauri!" she smiled as she looked at Anupam and Ipshita as they greeted her.
"OMG! You guys made it"
"You invite us and we don't show…" Anupam replied as he released her from his arms.
"Ipshita…babes!" Gauri's eyes fell on her stomach and smiled.
"OMG we having a baby!" Gauri hugged her and kissed her on the cheek.
"Man I missed ya yaar…" Gauri said placing her hand affectionately on her stomach.
"Well you can call me!" Gauri smiled as she looked at her best friends upset face.
"Sorry!" Gauri held her ears and Ipshita took hold of it and pulled it hard, as they both started laughing.
"Just wait tell the baby comes I'm going to have my revenge and pull her ear too..." they both giggled and Ipshita turned to see Shiv stare at them.
"Who's the looker?" Gauri looked over at him and smiled.
"Oh the cadet… let just say he getting combat training from me" she winked as Ipshita shook her head at her…
"Man you have not changed at all … still the same devil with the men!" Gauri lead her toward Shiv and smiled.
"Now I can't help it if I'm in demand and the GQ results are hilarious …. Shiv this is Ipshita my best friend!" Shiv smiled as Gauri stood beside her.
"So Shiv what you do?" He turned to look at Gauri and then back at Ipshita.
"I am.."
"OMG Ipshita can't I have a boyfriend!" Shiv turned to look at her as she lied and then back at Ipshita… Gauri took hold of his arm and squeezed it…
"Ipshita meet Major Shiv Khanna!"
"Gauri you moving up the ranks!" Ipshita giggled as she looked at them.
"Ranks?" Shiv said puzzled.
"Shiv she not told you… When we were kids.. we went near an army base and she said she was going to marry a Cadet…" Shiv looked at her as she blushed.
"Ipshita?" Gauri looked at her angrily as Anupam approached them.
"He's nice!" Gauri looked over at Shiv and nodded.
"I'm not his type and he just…."
"Not his type… I've seen the way he looks at you!" Gauri giggled and looked over at her…Ipshita if you only new he was getting paid to watch me? She thought.
"Gauri Baba digs him!" Gauri looked at Shiv as Baba spoken to him and back at Ipshita.
"So diva what you doing after the wedding?" Gauri smiled and placed her arm around her.
"Well I'm working on my new album fantasy?"
"Why did you say I'm your boyfriend?" he looked at her as she stood in her childhood room.

"What?" Not liking what he heard he looked at her closely.
"Hey I did not know he was going to hit her?… anyway just make your money with her and leave…" Shiv looked at him surprised and then back to see Gauri but she was gone.
"I know her ...she's in some room with a guy…you know?" Nitesh smirked and walked away. Pulling out his tracking device he knew she was in the building and made his way towards the stairs.

"Why did you leave me?" Shiv looked at the device as he slowly pushed opened the room hearing voices.

"Close your door on the way out!" she turned to look out of the window again. Not liking the tone of her voice he closed the door and approached her.

"Yes sir! Ok secure the perimeter and keep alert! And get someone to clean up the place …it's a joke" he placed the phone down.

As the lights flashed over the bodies as they gentle moved to the slow pace of the music… he searched the dance floor for her.. and saw her with him and his eyes just looked at the way they moved so seductively on the dance floor.. hating ever single moment of the way he gentle slipped his hands all over her bare waist and holding her from behind and see the look of pleasure she was getting by his touch… closing his eyes he wished the day was quickly over… Opening his eyes he saw them kiss…
"Cut!" the flood of lights filled the room as the music stopped. He looked over at her as she blushed looking at the male model for the ad shoot and slowly approached them.
"Karen… I'm total shocked.. and speechless!" He looked over at her as she wrapped her arms around him smiling…feeling the rage now overpowering him as his knuckles turned white… as they held each other in there arms…. Tears and questions formed in his eyes as he looked at him place a kiss on her cheek … as she blushed and looked at him as he had often looked at him.
"I really hope it works out for you…I'm so going to miss you… honey!" feeling the rage and unable to stop himself he stepped closer to them as she slowly released herself from his arms.
"Ahem… Gauri?" smiling she looked at him and noticed the frown and angry look of his face… she turned back to Karen and ignored him.
"I see you… Karen!" she leaned forward and kissed his cheek and slowly turned to face Shiv looking at her completely stunned and looking as if he was going to explode… but he need to learn this is how the entertainment business worked … and she was not going to put up with his male ego…
As she stepped in the vanity van she heard the door close behind her and locked…smiling wickedly she proceeded as through nothing was wrong and she had not affected him in any way what so ever…as she opened the small fridge to get the bottle of water.. she glanced over towards him as he moved closer to her still unsure of himself and his feelings…. He looked at her as she placed the bottle to her lips and tilted her head seeing the beads of water running down her neck …his heart raced know she was torturing him again… stepping forward as she pulled the bottle away from her lips, he pulled the water out of her hand and looked at her as stared at him questioning what he was doing….As he stepped forward she stepped back… liking this game they played know fully…what they both crave she looked at him angrily.
"Shiv?" her voice made him anger as he stepped closer to her and grabbed her arms.. she jerked her arms back and looked at him annoyed
"I want to get dressed and leave I'm tired …and .." Feeling his body against her as he looked at her angrily.
"I did not like the way you were…touching him and…"
"Get over it and how dare you tell me what to do? This is my profession were talking about …how I dance on a video shoot … hold, hug and touch…should mean nothing to you…" feeling his lips on her lips as he forced himself on her using all her strength she pushed him off… instead he grabbed hold of her and kissed her back harder…Feeling the pain on her lip as he digging into her she pushed him away ….Feeling the pain on his cheek he looked at her as she stared at him angrily.
"GET OUT!" she scream on top of her lungs and pointed at the door.
He looked at her as she stepped out of the van dressed wearing shades and taking hold of Ayush's arm as they both walked towards him…Angrily he looked at her as she just avoided to even acknowledge him as he turned to look at her talking to her fans when he spotted a red light on her white jacket as he moved forward to take hold of her it was all to late as he witness the screams echoing in his ears as the blood soaked into the white coat.. pulling her into her arms he looked at her as she lay still not opening her eyes…..
Ayesh started at him as he stood outside the ICU window watching the hospital crew around her shouting and surround her body as she lay so still on the bed……

Final Part
"She stable…but.." They all looked at the doctor as he looked at them.
"She in a coma!" Ayesh looked at Shiv as he closed his eyes.
"This is all you're fault!" Ayesh stared at him wanting answers.
"It was your job to…."
"Excuse me…" they turned to see the police office looking at them.
"Detective Mahen…. We caught the armed man a crazy fan called Aseem.. he is in custody and we have discovered he has…been planning this for months… Thanks Shiv that tip was very useful…" They looked at him as he turned to walk away to look at Gauri in the ICU glass. Shiv moved closure towards him as he looked on.
"I could do with a statement…how she doing?" Shiv turned to look at him and back at Gauri lying so still.
"She in a coma… when she gets up I will contact you… thank you"
He walked into the new room they shifted her into and looked at her….as she slept so peacefully as the machines were hooked up to her making her comfortable…the mask on her face steamed as she gentle inhaled and exhaled the oxygen…placing his hand gentle on her hand she felt cold and lifeless and unresponsive to his touch… his eyes filled up as he looked at her… No more …arguing with her and he was no longer going to hold her in his arms …feel those warm lips on his and feel her next to him in the bed. "I am sorry" he whispered feeling a lone tear leave his eye… as he turned the knob of the handle he looked back to see her one more time for the last time….
Clutching the mobile in his hand to his ear he let out s sigh… "You were hired to kill her! Shivam" he smiled as he chuckled down the phone.
"She's dead and will not be in you're way… just make sure the payments in my account"… Turning the mobile of he smiled getting of his seat in the caf and walked over towards the hotel to pack….
The plan was so simple…he met Shanshank a year ago in Goa we both had been friends from high school and part of the same paternity.. he was totally pissed and wanted revenge on his ex girlfriend Gauri and the plan was hatched…. Shivam had agreed that the job would be completed only for a fixed price… Shivam was in debt and his gambling was killing him and now he need financial help and a quick fixed… Shanshank agreed to pay half now and then wanted the rest on completion…. When He arrived at the concert he saw the new replacement body guard and killed him….Mac did not suspect a thing as the really Shiv was dead and replaced without any one but Shanshank. Shivam was a paid and trained assassin and everything in the last 6 months was totally planned…. The fan mail he received helped him target the crazy fan who …he knew how to handle and frame….the shot was fired remotely away from him….using the controls on his ipaq it was easy to line up the target clear for the shot….Everything was totally arranged ….. But the way he lusted for her was not totally unexpected… the opposite sex was totally off limit when he was working but she hit a nerve and then he just played along with her she liked to be the one in charge…. And heck why not… she wanted to feel him as well….And the reset was all part of the game…
As he lay in the sun lounge smiling seven months of nothing he was now set…. all debt paid and he had enough to live on for a few more months… when his phone rang.
"Shiv?" He clench the phone it was Ayesh and listened carefully.
"Hi Ayesh… Come to New Zealand it important… it Gauri!" his heart raced as his gripped tightened.
"Ayesh I can't face to see her and…" Closing his eyes he thought if Shanshank found out she had awoken then….
"Shiv it important you have to come!" The line went dead and he could smell disaster. If only the bullet had completed it job and not missed by two centimetre then this would have been totally avoided…..
He looked at Ayesh as he walked into the hospital room to look at Gauri and stopped in his tracks totally shocked as he stared at her and looked at Ayesh.
"This is you're yes!" looking at Ayesh as he started at her stomach…she was pregnant and the child was his…he was sure of that.
"I came a few days ago and they told me that the baby girl is stable and so is Gauri condition… I need to know if it's you're?" Ayesh looked at Shivam and layed his hand on his shoulder.
"They say there's a chance the baby will not make it if she does not wake up…."
Closing his eyes he cursed himself…and walked over towards her and looked at the monitor to see both of the heart beats….. All day he sat there looking at them. I swear in another life time I would have made you happy…but I can't go back on what I have done…I'm sorry looking at the machine he turned them off…and looked at her suffer… as he held her down by the shoulder… her eyes flickered open to look at him… he stopped and looked at her as she closed them again now no longer fighting….
"Papa!" holding open his arms she came running as she filled his arms as he held her.
"Shanti… where's momma?" he turned to see her behind him…taking hold of them he smiled…
Now what did you think that I was cold blooded enough to kill my own child… the truth was I fell in love with Gauri when I following her for long before… I realised it that day in the hospital what they both meant to me…..I was her bodyguard… I fantasized about her everyday for over a year and more… that was something I could not control…. As for Shanshank… he knows me well enough to not touch my wife, my daughter and me… As for Gauri… she knows nothing and I'm going to keep it that way as Shivam died that day in the hospital and her Shiv was born… her singing and career…. Lets just say she loving the fact that her career soared during her time in the coma… her album Fantasy was the biggest seller and she is official retired and does not want to be away from me and our child…. As for me…. well lets just say when you loose something you regain and discover something much more important then money and luxuries ….I am holding onto them forever…as my fairytale is now complete……
