something about dr. riddhima

hi guys!! this drama rocks!! I watch it daily.. it is superb.. I again wanna share something with you guys, I think, Riddhima is not a sister of Anjali. I am 50% sure. Because, you guys must have noticed that, her friends always ask that, " are you really her sister? " . and second is that, I think, she is a relative of Head Nurse ( forgot her name ) , (maybe she is her mom).... Creators of the serial are not so much bewaquf!!!,, they must have thought something! another thing.. They can't do big mistake. I meant, both are same ages ( anjali and riddhima ) you guys must have noticed that, the head nurse always smiles on her face, when she looks at riddhima. and, If you remember that episode, when Anjali calls 'dad' to Dr. Shashank in front of everyone. and, then chup chup kar the head sees that scene, and just dr. shashank passes smile on the head of nurse. maybe etc etc...

letz discuss, if possible :)

I think theres a big possibility of that.. maybe thats why the grandma like anjali better too....

Also, I noticed that Angie calls Dr.Shashank 'dad', while Riddz calls him 'papa'. I'm not sure if that says something but that's another difference between the 2.😊

And also Angie's always so rude and insensitive when it comes to Riddz for some reason. Like instead of supporting her own sister, she doesn't care and is actually with Armaan.😕 I'm starting to hate her, what kind of sis is she.. or maybe afterall she isn't Riddz' sis at all.

It might also be possible that Angie knows that Riddz isn't her sis but Riddz doesn't.😕

that's why I said, 50%.. but, as ramsha247 said, 'there is something fishy'... I am curious about this !!!.. just can't wait, if there is any possibility of this or not!..

there is something else about Atul Joshi. I feel that, infact, think that, Atul is a son of Dr. Omi Joshi ( from Sanjivani ).. again you must have noticed that, yeh bar bar Dr. Shashank q dekhte hein Atul ko, he said him one time that, " just 10 points? " .. why does he always talk with him? :p. hahaha, there are also main actors.. ahahha, .. there are alot of mysteries behind this serial!!..
