The episode begins with shikhar coaxing RV to give a dance performance on T
Krisha's sagayi , Shikhar challenges RB , he says yes as he gives in for the sake of Ritika's happiness and for trisha's happiness too
Ritika is seen waiting to reply from Ishaani after her SMS but she receives none and ritika looks worried , RV looks at Ritz 's worried face and thinks he should make her dance and give her some happiness
Ishaani is seen watching Ri Ra dance together hand in hand on the song .."ishk bulawa janey kab aaway ..."
Ishaani is in tears , while shikhar and every body praise their dance but soon after the dance Ritika goes off somewhere, RV looks for her but is unable to locate her
Shikhar wants to gift Nirupa a payal as his first "pyaar ke gift "and he seeks RV's opinion
RV selects on with ghungroos " RV advises shikhar to say what ever he wanted , but it should be honest and truthful , Shikhar all praises on RV's choice and his knowledge of girl's taste , And calls RV the perfect loveguru
Shikhar gifts the payal to ishaani. By faking it that his mom, her aunty had gifted her for all the good work she did at the NGO , Shikhar then asks her to wear the payal He watches her put them on and he smiles
He then thinks of sending RV to ishaani so that he would guess what was going on in ishaani's heart and tell him , and help him understand her better
Elsewhere RV is looking for ritika and gets worried , kanchan aunty informs him that ritz was looking tired so she sent her to trisha's room to rest
Shikhar asks RV to go and meet nirupa urgently

As RV goes upstairs to talk to nirupa on insistence by shikhar, Ishaani notices RV coming towards her room , she runs and hides
RV hears the sound of the payals and realises this sound was from the same payal which he chose moments ago , he chases ishaani and she hides inside her room
As she is about to shut the door RV comes in between , RV talks to her as she hides behind the door

She remains silent and gets emotional and tearful , and she does not want RV to know it was his ishaani and not nay nirupa
RV talks how shikhar was praised her , he requests her to meet His wife ritika , ishaani thinks that if she did not reply RV might enter her room
She picks up her mobile and runs out of her room , runs downstairs and hires a taxi and goes off somewhere
RV enters the room and finds nirupa was not there
He wonders where she might have gone
In the car Ishaani weeps that she could neither meet her mom Falguni nor RV, her bad luck had distanced her from every body
At the terrace falguni waits for ritika and wonders why was she calling Ishaani to the terra e ?? Was she going to give up RV for ishaani ?? Because ishaani had haq over RV rather than Ritika , she feels ritika was a nice girl and would understand
From the terrace falguni spots ishaani getting into an auto , she decides to speak to ishaani after talking to ritika ,she tries to call out to Ishaani , but the moment she leans on the railing it gives way and she tumbles down four stories
She falls and gets head injury and the whole parikh Waghela. Mehera fami,ies are shocked to see her lying on pool of blood
Ritika's doc comes and checks falguni and declares falguni was no more
All are shocked
