With Mother's Day knocking on the door, Star Plus is all set to beam a special programme on the occasion.
Titled Thank You Maa, TV's biggie production house Balaji Telefilms Ltd will be producing the event.
Shares a source, "Apart from dramatized scripts revolving around characters across shows, a lot many celebs will be seen performing in this extravaganza. Sidharth Shukla, Himansh Kohli, Panchi Bohra, Abhijeet Sawant and others have already been approached for the show."
The creatives are currently finalising the scripts for the program and the casting will be locked by next week.
Thank You Maa, apart from being emotional, will also be high on entertainment value.
Balaji Telefilms currently produces Yeh Hai Mohabbatein on Star Plus and has Nach Baliye 7 in line on the same channel to be aired from next week.
The Mother's Day special will air on 10 May.
