As i said it was nothing but his nervousness...let me explain...

He has already decided to confess long back...remember in washroom he said to Cabir that he ll tell on FC day so Cabira saud:Kya silvaau shervani ya suit...

N before that when Nandu was afraid n called Manik on campaign day Manik said this time No confusion,No sacrifice,No MU,No heart attacks...then he came n gave hope tree

N then he said many times that they ll b together even if thay dont sing together

nThe D day is here where he has to expose Pandit,confuse Nyonika n Convince Dhruv...n Confess to Nandu...

So to make Nandu comfortable that they ll always b together he was unable to wait untill the concert gets over so he gathered courage to say those three words as he was the one who always denied n said hate u to Nandini...so he was confused that he has to b nervous when he himself is confessing Why she was nervous...bcz he dint understood what girls feel n specially what Nandini is feeling right now

Plan toh flop hoga n shayad Manik bhi back jayega n will come as a surprise on stage...n then Pandit will go cranky for sure
