The episode begins with Shikhar trying to persuade Ishaani to meet her family
She stands and sheds tears and refuses to meet her family even as shikhar tries to explain that she should forget the past and meet her family
Ishaani does not want to meet her family , that's why she changed her name
She pleads shikhar not to force her, he seen her pain and accepts ishaani's decision and as he leaves he turns back to look at weeping ishaani
He wonders why she was punishing herself
At the hospital Impatient RV gets the news that the mother n child were OK
Doc asks him to take care of Ritika and the unborn child
Doc asks him to give physical and emotional support , and keep her happy and make her feel spl
Doc leaves RV is dilemma And frustration
After fevarsh's roka is over baa is pleased that everything went on quote well and are leaving Shikar's house
She regrets that gave only chain whereas krishna's family gave each one gifts of his/ her choice
Baa thinks of giving krishna her kangans
Chetali, devarsh try to dissuade her but Baa is adamant
She rings the door bell , ishaani answers the bell and is shocked to see ishaani. Ishaani too is shocked to find baa there
Baa asks Oh My God !! Your'e alive ?? What are you doing here ??
Ishaani pleads not to tell any one. To go away. No one knows about her. She was trying to restart her life with new name , new identity
Outside devarsh, falguni get impatient about baa, falguni goes to check on Baa, but baa hands over her kangan to ishaani and asks her to give them to Krishna
Before falguni arrives ishaani shuts the door and goes away
Baa makes an excuse and leaves shikhar's house with falguni, devarsh, prateek , ishaani secretly watches them leave with teary eyes
After they leave ishaani howls Shikhar watches her crying and supports n pacifies her.
She runs away to her room , shikhar decides he could not bear to watch her cry , he wishes he could reunite her with her family
RV brings Ritz home from hosp , he makes her sit , he tells her that this room always troubled her, because he always came here at night. He always took a look at the drawers, because he was scared of the past That would come tumbling out of his memory
RV says he was living with his own feelings, but never tried to understand what ritz felt even though he was fulfilling all the duties of a pati, and he was taking care of her , but today he tells her that he always loved Ishaani , but she never loved him back. He thought his love would be enough for two persons but he was wrong , when there was no feelings from the other person's side it was not enough
Ritz listens to RV is surprise. But remains silent ,
RV continues that from now onwards he was locking his past , he would take care of ritz like a husband, he could never give her his heart as he did not have one , he would never give her his love , for the world ishaani was dead but for him she was still there. He locks up the drawer with ishaani's pics Ritz is happy and sad both , she hugs her unborn child
Ritz says he was free to love his life the way he wished, he should not do things just to please her, but he was free from her side and she would never expect anything from him
RV gives her his word , that from today onwards he will stay with Ritz all his live , support ritz, forget about Ishaani and remember only her , he will pit his heart into this marriage and accept this marriage which was only name sake
Ritz wants to tell him about ishaani being alive but. Stops remembering the promise she gave to Rv's mom
Precao RV calls up the NGO , ishaani picks up the phone. She hears RV's voice and gets emotional and does not reply as RV keeps repeating hello !! Hello !! Hello !!
