I just came across this programme by chance,,, Iv not manged to see any of the episodes, Im also over weight and things like this programme gets me really motivated.. Im not as big as ppl in there-just 2/3 stones over weight-it gives me will power to help myself as ppl bigger than me are trying to help themselves...
