It is. I read about it in the blog which was posted recently so posted here to confirm. I didn't know that Abhishek smoked too.

Prashant to kya Bhagwan Shiv bhi smoke karta hai, hamare desh ke mahan se mahan logo bhi smoke karte the. Voise to ek jamaana thaa smoke karna kya shaan ki baat hote karta thaa, fir bhi singer ke liye smoke acchha to hain nahi, ab unhone smoke karna chhoddiya to baat hi khatm, kyu sor macha rahe ho?

Well, one can go into smoking for a variety of reasons, that is not abnormal. But quitting smoking is not an easy job. Only extra-ordinary people can get rid of smoking in one promise, rest keep smoking but always with a false promise of quiting smoking. That is where I have point to admire Prashant.
