Everyone has been going gaga over the album but somehow none of the songs have really grown on me. Also the picturisation of mental menthol gives me a headache, with the sharp editing.

However the lead couple look really good together unlike the actors in Kadal. Hopefully this movie is a lot better than the disaster of Kadal.

You are right. 😆 The music is just okayish. However, I have a feeling that this movie is gonna be huge. Everybody is really excited about it. Hope this is good. Don't even remind me of the torture named Kadal... One of the most boring movies I have ever watched. 😆

Kinda listened all the songs in Saavn. Nothing surpassed 2 mins. Few songs were peppy, energetic and atm yo yo type songs which we will forget after some time. Totally disappointing! ARR surely lost his magic. :( Expected another Alaipayudey type magical musical one. Anyways looking forward to the movie.

I'm assuming you are a Tamilian like me to have endured the torture of Kadal.

Mani Ratnam always seems to hit the jackpot where romance is concerned, well except for Kadal. Right from Mouna Ragam to Alaipayuthe. So I'm certain that OK Kanmani will be his second homecoming. The main actor looks good on the eyes and the actress has a very sweet quality about her. I can see the lead couple becoming a range. The lead actors in Kadal (bless them) were probably one of the worst looking. Karthik's son could atleast act, but that actress (who I believe is Radha's 2nd daughter) looked nothing like a young girl. In fact in that song Moongil Thottam when he lifts her it felt like he was was carrying a baby elephant. (sorry If i sound very harsh)

I though Raavan and Guru are his worst movies, but Kadal take the cake.

Am damn excited for the mve..I like Nitya and Dulquer can't understand Tamil will watch it in Telugu..The BG music and leads chemistry is what is liked in the trailer.. Hopefully its another Sakhi

My fv movies r Mouna Raagam and Alai Paayuthey. Heard OK Kanmani is also on these lines ( a modern alai paayuthey with a live in couple ) so excited about the movie. However ARR songs r mediocre nowadays. Missing his old classics'!
