CASE OF THE DEAD WAITER PART 1
Its an hotel swimming pool area where Jhanvi a model is doing a photo shoot.There is a scream and a man falls into the swimming pool and the pool becomes bloody. Divers jump in to rescue but the man is dead.
In the CID Bureau ACP Pradyuman is on the phone saying he is not ready to listen to NO as an answer. He is mad when a man comes in with a letter from the comissioner. ACP tells him he will read the letter later but the man says that he needs to read it right away and call the commissioner back. Although ACP is reluntant he reads the letter where the comissioner tells him he is sending a capable officer Priyanka. Right when he finsihes reading Priyanka( Sai Deodhar) walks in .
Fredicks and Abhijeet are at the crime scene taking pcitures when ACP and Priyanka come there. On Abhijeet enquiring he is introduced to Inspector Priyanka. Abhijeet tells ACP that the dead man has marks on his neck like someone's nails. Priyanka asks the hotel staff if anyone saw anything. Jhanvi provides the flashback. Fredricks brinks the hotel manger who recognizes the man as Ganpat who was fired the previous week. The room from where Ganpat fell is the conference room that had no booking.
Priyanka and Fredricks go to the conf room where they see a waiter Rahul watching out of the window. On seeing then he runs. Priyanka dn Fredicks manage to catch up with him and hes said he was frightened so he ran away. they take him back to the conf room. Over there they find 2 sets of footprints on the wall . Checked rahul's shoe but it was not matching. They bring it to ACP and find that one print matches Ganpat.
ACP asks the manager to get the hotel staff . As the show was a male they check each and everyone's and also their body for scratches. Rahul gets frightened and starts to move away when ACP catches him and sees that there are scratches in this body. On asking he tells ACP that this mark was not recent but a week old and ACP looking closely agrees. He says that Ganpat had robbed him and hence there was a fight. tells him that Ganpat was not a chor but he needed 6 lakhs urgently. Hotel manager confirms the story .
Abhijeet finds it odd that Ganpat had no hair or cloth or skin in his hand and if he was in a fight there must have been something so dives into the water to search. He finds a nakali eye.Fredicks stands at the gate to make sure that no one escapes.
Abhijeet and Priyanka go to Ganpat;s house to learn why he needed 6 lakhs. As no one opens the door they were about to leave when they hear muffled screams. They go inside to see a girl trying to commit sucide. They rescue her and learn she is Ganpat;s sister who was to get married to a girl settled in Amerca. They had asked for 6 lakhs as dowry. 3months ago Ganpat some how managed to get 3 lakhs. As he makes only 50,000 she asked him where he got that much money and he said he is working for someone and they have promised another 3 lakhs soon. One day she was called by her sasural people and they told her that they will be no shaadi. She tried to make them understand that they had 3 lakhs and her brother would be giving them the other 3 soon but they were not ready to listen and her shaadi plans broke. As she knew her brother would be upset and she would be a burden on him is why she was commiting sucide. Priyanka breaks the sad news of her brother's death while Abhijeet tells teh cops to arrest the sasural people for te 3 lakhs they took.
Jhanvi gets a new room . They keep showing the room door NO 223. She is inside and unpacking when she senses someone at the door . She looks around the corriador and sees no one . She closes the door and come back to put some clothes in the closet When she opens the closet a dead body falls on her.
Jhanvi and her photgrapher are walking up the stairs and discussing if the CID will allow their launch party in the evening. When they open Jhanvi's room they find things scattered.
