Me too. In fact whoever wins, I will be happy for them. After so many months on this show, I think everybody has learnt a lot and for me the FINAL 4 are winners already.

But I would specially like it if Final 2 are Ankita and Amit.😊

The credibility of Indian and all talent shows based on public voting is already down from teh very beginning! BECAUSE WHOEVER GETS THE MOST VOTES WINS, IT DOES NOT MATTER IF WE PERSONALLY LIKE THE CONTESANT/NOT OR IF ANYBODY THINKS THEY SING WELL OR NOT.

So, now we as viewers have only two choices:

1. Watch the show, relax, and hope our favorite wins (without bashing others)

2. Stop watching!

Well the show would be a disaster. The Indian Idol format gives hope to people from small towns who have the voice but no training to get a platform. If Ankita becomes the II, people will then categorize the show as a Pop Idol and the people from small towns will not even participate thinking that if we can't dance, we can't win.

Even otherwise, the show will lose all its credibility. After giving us Karunya and Amey last year, the standards had gone up. If they give us Ankita or Prashant this year, we might not see an II4.

it would be the audience's choice..so its ok.. (i am saying this as i dont want to disrespect any of the contestants) 😊

Karunya was lucky he made it to the Final 2. Amey (poor guy) was voted out much before like Chang. Let's not forget that the real winner as per Idol rules last year was SANDEEP ACHARYA

And if you did not think he deserved it, he still WON FAIR AND SQUARE

SO INDIAN IDOL AND ALL OTHER VOTING BASED SHOWS DO NOT HAVE CREDIBILITY AS MUSIC CONTESTS. They are popularity contests and WE AS VIEWERS HAVE CHOICE TO EITHER WATCH IT OR NOT WATCH IT.

But if we watch it, then we have to accept the rules of the game.

Yes this is a game, but it is the game of talent. The most talented one should win, which is not happening. This is not a game show, it is a show about talent.Yes people get to vote, but the format is multiple voting not one vote per person. Multiple voting polls always give wrong results as one person might spend a lot on a less talented person and another less on a more talented person. If it was one vote per person, I would have accepted the format.

I do have the choice to watch it or not watch it. I watch it because my favourites Emon and Amit are still in. If Ankita and Prashant are in the top2, I will definitely not watch it.

To correct you, This is not a popularity contest, this is money contest...whoever can bring maximum money, keep them and throw the rest of others.

We pay and we vote , so by democracy rules we have all rights to ask for VOTING DETAILS.

If we donot ask right now, we will be blind audiences and we will keep facing such bad scenes in competition. Either we should boycott the show and ask channels to give us VOTING DETAILS, else we should be ready to accept what we are being shown.
