The part is so soo fine in terms of your words, expressions, song and of course the font!!
He wants a smoke. And not a shilpa. Lol!! This was so funny and yet so meaningful. The latter in the sense that it makes it so clear as to how he is in an urgent need of a cigarette and is so addicted to it yet her presence manages to imbalance his body metabolism in ways that are beyond his control. And how I love this unshaven bad boy who has his eyes wandering over her zip ( that could be opened very easily) (lol) and her sexy breasts!! It has been written with an unexplainable and shameless decency that doesn't make it sound uncomfortable to me and just simply makes me fall for this UNSHAVEN BAD BOY!!
And acha mote importantly, I think what made it the best was this unique theme. I think as kids we've discussed how much we longed for such photo shoots of kash.. Infact I even think you once told me that u wanted to write such an os.. Or.. Wait.. May be I'm just imagining.. But I still feel Ki jaise you've made the faintest of the faint mentions in my faintest of the faint memories.. As in Jo bhi... But I love how you took up this theme and made it a thousand times prettier with your words and this song!!!! How each para fits in the situation described ahead of it!!
In the first location.. My favourite has to be this pic where he is pointing in infinity and they both are pretending to look that side.. Trust me I couldn't stop smiling at that!! That was the cutest!!!!!!! Even though shilpa ko un kapdo Mein imagine karna thoda mushkil tha.. But such colourful upper thing and a shorter than short shorts will make anyone look super duper sexy!!
Then kitchen waale shoot Mein, I think the best one was where you've given a halka sa khoobsurat sa mention as to how he pretends to return from work and then he comes and nuzzles in her neck while she pretends to work.. It was such a such a such a perfectly husband wife thing!! Also the fact that they were wearing black... God!! That was a great imagination on you part girl!! A special kiss to you for choosing black here!! :-*
Acha and last bedroom waali location Mein.. Well, her small baby pink nighty was to die for!! Lol!! You know why!! But here even though the kiss pic was great and beautiful and loveable and all of those good things.. I think the one before that.. Where he himself slings his hand on her waist.. It worked wonders for me!! It was so real.. I mean he with a remote.. Leaning himself back and he on his lap... Wao waao waaaooo!!!! Asli true position!! :-*
And besides all this also, I think you've kept it real by saying those things as to how he used to make fun of her and all that.. Even though I think he was the only one with whom she felt comfortable during those 2010 days.. Its like.. You might not want the readers to draw comparisons.. Or you might just actually want that.. Either way, it's unavoidable! You've kept them real as Karan Singh Grover and Shilpa Anand.. And all that we've made of them in person in our heads!! Like he the shady guy and she the shilpa Malhotra.. Always over enthusiastic!! That's actually one thing that has now begun to build an aversion inside me.. Like mujhe lagta hai Ki bhayi itniii bubbly si kyu hoti hai yeh hmesha.. Like Karan na.. I also think Ki bhayi yeh fake Ho sakta hai.. Like only when I read your stuff cz that's the only time I think or imagine shilpa..!! But then you've shown Ki she is genuinely that good.. And I'm glad Karan realizes that.. At least in the is of not otherwise! Lol!! Even though ab mere liye kash case thoda impossible sa ho gya hai... Like I cannot think he being comfortable I her presence and all that.. Yet you've convinced me with this one.. Thanks to the great awkwardness that you described so sooo well.. It made thing believable!!
But when I say believable.. I definitely don't mean that in reference to the end!! That was SO DAMN UNEXPECTED!! She kissed him only? The same guy whom she refused to go out with years back? She kissed him only? Woah!! Now that's shilpa isn't it! And how he smiles in the middle of the kiss thinking that there could be many more such kisses lying ahead of them made me fall for him yaar!! He is... Unexplainably cute!!
And also, If I compare this part to ATL, which was the last I read from you.. I think this I far better! Because one like I said, I love this theme. See this way it works for me! Ya toh kash ya ar.. Arsh ka koi scene hi Ni Banta mere saath!! Plus secondly I think you've written it with a lot of thehraav.. If you know what I mean.. Like it flows at a pace that's just perfect.. Jaise it's not like Vo ekdum comfortable Ni hote ek dusre ke saath.. There is this awkwardness.. Their are attempts from their side to keep this awkwardness off them.. There is a beautiful dmg mention and how its been 10 years now.. There is a very real US mention that how she has just returned back.. They talk.. They keep it slow.. They pose.. They get clicked.. They talk more.. They eat.. And they kiss!! And all this you managed in one part.. Without dragging it to unwanted lengths..!! Hats off girl!! You are FAB at this os business and you just have to know this!!
