I was re-watching some of the RachiRa scenes (coz they're bae 😛 ) and I realised I never really exactly knew why she needed the toolkit that day.. the answer might be really obvious, in which case I'm sorry in advance for this pointless topic 😆 I was thinking about how she wanted to open the interior designing firm, so it might be related to that..

yes i too thought of it

rachi knows that she has to support her mom financially

she was about to start her own furniture post engagement

may be now it will become reality

and there is ramashrey to help her

😆 😆😆 I might have missed something in the earlier epis but I only feel she bought it to fix something, some photo frame to perfection...

ATM, she bought the tool kit to fix photo frames( of their new home) as per her perfection...In current situation it reflects that even knowing the limitations of their financial situation girls are more or less the same when money spending comes. If it carries any symbolism, then indeed, we can see Rachi as furniture entrepreneur in future...

Agree with you Cherry.

This shopping sequence indicates they have not really understood their financial situation or responsibilities. I feel Sneha should have guided them about it when she gave the money but it is too early also for her to do.
