K ...now this is gonna be like super tough as writing such kindda stories is not my genre of comfort. Nonetheless , I wud love to try.

Chapter 3- An emotional confrontation with a STRANGER ?

Stepping out of his plush car , Raghav Singhaniya now stood in front of Singhaniya Chawl. Few long strides took him closer to the gates of the chawl as he stopped right in front of a wall.

His hand rose , as if in trance as his fingers brushed the inscription on the wall. A tear escaped his eye almost immediately on seeing Sahil Kapoor's name outside the chawl. He could see his dad's name as well , but it was in a smaller font... A negligibly small font. His blood boiled. He could never forget the days of his dad's struggle , especially the circumstances in which he had built the chawl for the mill workers. And now this XYZ man comes & claims it to be his own ??

"Yes ? Have you lost ur way ?"

That melodiously silver voice broke Raghav's reverie as he looked back. It was a girl , a dusky beauty ...to be more precise. Dressed in a simple attire she stood leaning against the wall Raghav had been staring at blankly. She wasn't beautiful , but she definitely carried the charm & aura which would make the person standing in front think twice before speaking something. Her broad smile would have been pretty infectious if he were a normal being & not the khadoos Raghav Singhaniya . She seemed happy , as if she was all content in life.

But none of it caught Raghav's as much attention as her ...her eyes...her beautous doe-shaped eyes !! They reminded him of someone ...someone he didnt wished to confront at that stage of his messy life. That was the very reason he had refused to see her picture back in the US.

Raghav sensed her slight discomfort it seemed as he turned to leave. He was in weakest of his mindsets now ...& falling weak was somethin he hated. He walked back to his car. &

" Damn ! " he kicked the wheel hard. It was punctured. Thinking what should be done next his hand reached his pocket to grab his phone.

R : Dude ! U gotta be kidding me ...no network ! Now what am I supposed to do ...mujhe toh tyre change karna bhi Nahi aata.

He looked around for help. No...there was no single body. Thats when he felt someone's presence near his feet. It was the same girl. She looked up at him

K :You have a spare tyre & a tool box ?

It was the chirpy voice again that registered in his ears.

R : Umm... I don't know !

K : K ..lemme see.

& it was there at the back of his car. In a flash second she was again there near the tyre changing it. Things in such quick succession , raghav hardly got time to refuse the courteous female.

Seconds later the duo heard a yelp from the interiors of the chawl. It was kamla running behind Paakhi to have some some kadha. Raghav kept staring at the maa-beti scene as kamla made paakhi drink the kadha forcefully. Unknown to him Kalpana was also staring at her aai running behind her so-called daughter.

"Sss..." Raghav's attention was immediately diverted from the maa-beti's over acting to the source of that noise. The woman who was helping him change his tyre had got a cut on her hand (she was looking at kamkhi).

"You ok ? Does it pain ?" asked a worried Raghav. In other circumstances he woulda have cared that much ...but this female was helping her & he can't be so ehsaanfaramosh.

Unlike his expectations , Raghav saw the female in front of him let out a slight hysteric laugh as she spoke with her eyes glued on kamla & paakhi

"Pain ? I am so used to it ... I don't even know what it means now."

She smirked before straightening her face & continuing with an unusual firmness in her voice

"But you know whats the best thing about pain ? It tells you that u r ALIVE ...yet alive ...& you keep the potential to change things !"

Raghav didn't know why, but something clicked deep within him at that statement of hers. The hollowness in her voice was somewhat a replica of his own. He looked at the inscription again ...yes that hurt,that hurt real bad !

He again looked back at the girl ... She had successfully masked the pain as she smiled a big curve when Raghav thanked her. He saw her walk away with her phone to her ear

K : Hello Abhi ...

A : Bol kalpi ! Kaisi hai tu ? I hope no one has done anything to hurt you ...agar kiya hai toh bol de.

K : Hahahaha...abhi ! Why should i even bother when i have ull with me. Besides my aim of coming here ...that is destroying the kapoors is quite clear. Nothing can come in my way.

A : Hey chirp ..why do you sound so different & vulnerable..are you sure nothing happened ?

K : Have i ever been able to hide something from you ? Its just that ...ummm...I just met a man abhi ...i helped him with his car ...but

A : But ?

K : I don't know why he seemed familiar ... for the first time in my life i myself didn't understand when kalpana jadhav took over kj & opened my heart out. Before this it has only been ull & Ra..

A : (in a stern voice) Kalpiii ...dare not take that man's name. He too has been a reason behind my chirp's tears. U know how much we hate that man. (some kindda misunderstanding it is)

K : Accha ok sorry ! Btw bhi ...isse pehle i thought you were jealous only when i gave more attention to kabir ..mujhe nahi pata tha get jelly even when ..

A : Tu waapas toh , phir batata hu jelly ki bacchi !

K : Acchaa ok ok bye ... i have reached home.

A : yeah chirp . Take care & never hesitate to call us ..we are always there with you.

Phone disconnects.

Raghav was driving back. Inspite of his efforts he couldn't get the girl's words out of his head. Again recalling the inscription & then Paakhi, his mind automatically reminded her about the girl's words ...the one who he met moments ago ...the one who had unknowingly reached deepest of his heart's corner. Her words "But you know whats the best thing about pain ? It tells you that u r ALIVE ...yet alive ...& you keep the potential to change things !" had got him connected to her & sort of motivated him to work on his revenge.

He was now all the more determined to take revenge from Sahil kapoor ...his dad's murderer ! Clutching the steering wheel till his nails became white

"Saahil Kapoor, ab ulti ginti chalu kar hi do ! Raghav SInghaniya will get you on the streets sooner than you can even think !" He smirked. He no longer felt weak , instead he now felt focused..all thanks to the stranger with whom he had an emotional confrontation.

2 revenge plans with different motives ...ab toh kapoors ki khair nahi ! But would the 2 plans ever be one ? What will happen then ? Or the writers to come have a different thought in their headies ?

Now the answer to the above questions i ssomething even i don't kno. So , lets just sit back & enjoy the ride !!
