aaj ki post mein sirf ek sawaal

Simple sa

When Maya was injured in the forest

Rudra ran with her, all the way

And brought her to the hospital

And saved her life

Why did he not do it

For punnu or Dadi?

Even though medical help was close at hand...

Either that, or Rudra is a such a Maya ka Majnu, that he thinks only about his Maya and not about Dadi and punnu

Arshi, first thing that came to mind was this-All he cares about is Maya. But then I let it go.

Hehe. Not only that , even after charles calls dm, doc could not be sent. Punnu was left to die. That is shocking.

Punnu asked him to save dadi n Ganga. I think dadi. To be fair on Rudra, he goes there on punnu's prodding and dadi was on the brink. I guess it was too late.

With Maya he saw her being thrown n knew she could be rescued.

Come on. We are falling into that trap again. Dadi was about to die. She was waiting to die in Rudra's arms after giving him that advice.

Rudra ko kyaa hoga. Kuch nahin hoga. But my disappointment is with Punnu leaving. Just brought in to die.

Like it's said in chupke chupke movie, actor is katputli in director's hands. We can extend it to 'character is a katputli in writer's hands'.

This is the purpose of this question Aparna. What was incomplete thinking on writers part, severely diminished the character.

Santhi, you are too kind. It was poor scripting and direction, and lack of attention to detail, that's what it was.

and we suffer from bollywood hangover, of long drawn death bed speeches. Though Dadi's speech and desire to tell Rudra everything was in place, it should've been juxtaposed with rudras attempts to save her.

Punnus speech was meaningless, filmy and added nothing to the story. He had already said his Bhaiyya bhauji stuff earlier, and what more Charles couldve rushed him to the hospital, instead of just leaving him there to die.

Sahi baat Santhi,

Punnu and ganga were brought in only to die. The writers wanted to make it rudras huge personal loss, by increasing the body count of people he loves who die.

Sad, the characters are looking weak and selfish because the writers don't think the scenes through
