The episode begins with Manorama giving gaada to Rachna. Rachna insists she has taken the medicine but Manorama forces her to drink by taunting her to get well soon and serve her in laws. Rachna is made to have it.
Titu is watching cricket along with Golu Molu giving live commentary and they seem to be enjoying it. Suddenly they hear a noise. Downstairs everyone hear it too and go to check on it. Turns out Panchi and Govindji are preparing the room for Titu's study and it is really beautiful. Titu comes there and is pleasantly surprised. Govindji is happy since his long forgotten wish of seeing Titu study is being fulfilled and Surekha is happy. Only the evil trio (Rekha, Mukund and Vaishali) are unhappy. Surekha lovingly tells Panchi that her son's eyes are beautiful and to make sure he doesn't study too much coz of which he will have to wear specs. Rekha is wondering how come Manorama has not called and just then Panchi gets a call from Manorama who tells her Rachna is very ill and she is not able to take care of her since the servant has not turned for few days and requests Panchi to come over. She further adds that she would have called her parents but she did not wish to trouble, hence she called her. Panchi assures her she will be there and cuts the call. She is crying. Govindji and Surekha tell her that Rachna is more important and so does Titu. Golu gives Panchi water to drink and Panchi leaves crying. Titu wipes her tears and tells in Rajesh Khanna style that he hates tears making her smile š³
Panchi goes to Rachna's house where doctor is checking up on her and says her health worsened coz of stress and her throat got choked coz of drinking too much sour stuff (Manorama had mixed imli in gaada š”) Panchi asks Rachna that how come she drink sour stuff when she can't stand it? Rachna realises her mother in law is behind this but she doesn't say anything and Manorama butts in to divert the topic and asks Panchi to see the doctor off. Manorama thinks to herself that she will not let Panchi take Titu to New Jersey and if she can dream then she is good at breaking dreams.
Govindji is reading Geetha and Surekha comes there. He is sad and tells her he wanted to give it to Panchi. He rues that why isn't his son like Keshav and he always wished his son could be like him. He praises Keshav saying he shoulders responsibilities so well and Keshav overhears this and is happy. Govindji is sad that his son will never follow his footsteps and work hard and Surekha too feels bad.
Panchi goes to the kitchen and sees a bowl full of imli drink and asks Rachna did she drink it. Rachna who knows what her mother in law did covers up for her saying the gaada was bitter and she mixed imli to take it away. Manorama is grateful and tensed and tells her not to do such things and if she found it to be bitter she would have mixed jaggery in it.
Titu is wondering how he will study and Golu Molu tell him for him nothing should be tough but Titu tells them that his ears need to take trouble if he has to earn knowledge. Golu offers to read for him but the books are in English which he doesn't know. Mukund comes there and taunts Titu that only Panchi can make him study but she isn't there and he might as well give those books to him and goes away. Titu gets an idea and shares it with his friends.
Golu takes laptop to Rachna's house and opens it. Manorama is confused at first but then the video conference is turned on and Panchi realises that Titu arranged for it so that she can coach him while taking care of Rachna š And she starts coaching him.
Precap - The evil trio are again wondering what to do when Vaishali says she has an idea.
