If they had aired the scene of the blouse hooks being done and dori tying and exposure then definitely a complaint should have been made! Coz that scene was crossing the line in showing a girl giving liberties to a stranger who she assumes as her husband, and said stranger TAKING the liberties when he has no right to! (Or is helping semi clad girls get dressed also form part of his duty to his country?)
That was always my problem with that scene! Even though her dress was ok on normal standards, I thought they put her in the low cut top with the hooks off, just so they can "set up" this scene. She could easily have worn a longer top and this could have just been a Dori tying scene. Even that would have been inappropriate but not as much as putting blouse hooks as well. (Which went too far). Not even between the genuine pairings of this show have they shown anything that risqu? So why do it here? It was clear what their intention was, and they were NOT good intentions!
I remember Khushi and Arnav had three famous dori scenes! The first when he breaks the pearl dori of her blouse in anger, thinking she is a spy sent to ruin his fashion show by competitors. She then opens her hair and covers her back from this stranger.
The second is when her Dori comes undone on Payal and Akash's haldi day, and NK stares at her exposed back. Arnav in anger pulls her tied hair down to cover her back. (He didn't like anyone else checking out his girl! LOL).
Third one is when he ties her Dori for her on their Sangeet day! Very romantic and just loved it. She was wearing a small choli too! But this was her REAL man, not a stranger so it was all good! (can't believe these same makers did that show)
As for the violence, that is endless and I wonder how it will end when violence IS the USP of this show! The whole thing about it being a Social drama in Romcom zone was a huge troll that ended after about 6 months into the show! Then it just turned into a negative Vamp fest with men being victimised by vamps all the time! Fake SR, trying to force men to take on other people's kids as their own, numerous murder plots, atiyachar against senior citizens, invalid Nikah's being forced down people's throats. (ZOYAAN, then Aahil-S2 Nikah), at least 5 murders. I know they got done for showing Sanam being smothered by Tanveer and Khala Khalu!
But that blouse hooking, exposing scene was definitely crossing the line, because it was between strangers and not real partners! So it was good they cut it out, and probably coz they feared BCC complaints!
