If Mihika is the new entry coming as Rupali then who is Sakshi supposed to be? Or did they replace Sakshi with Mihika or what?

Sakshi is not entering IKNMP for now. May be she will be seen later as new entry for any other role.
Mihika will be playing Roopali and the scenes they have shot are of flashbacks.
